Delhi for advertisement in the newspapers was published on 08.08.2012 vide letter No. 5454(NIT)/PWD/331/DA/A-III/2137-H dt. 03.08.2012, by this office. Press notice and tender

documents were also loaded on Delhi Govt. web site i.e. https:/govtprocurement.delhi.gov.in.Reference of A/A & E/S, T/S and approved NIT are indicated in the ANNEXURE-V

(enclosed).This is the 1st Call of tender.

According to the NIT (PWD-6) and press advertisement, the tender were scheduled to be

opened through e-procurement solution on 14.08.12

Four agencies has participated in the tender through e-procurement solutions. The tenderswere opened on 14.08.2012in the presence of AE(P), AAO & Cashier of M-331, and accordingly

comparative statement was generated by computer through e-procurement and is enclosed

herewith. All the agencies have deposited earnest money in prescribed form in the tender box.
