Large hypodense area is seen in superior cerebellar parenchyma on left side. No contrast enhancement is seen . Brain stem appears to be normal. Supratentorial  Large hypodense area is seen in left occipital and thalamic region .No evidence of fresh bleed is seen. Basal cisterns are seen normally. Third and both lateral ventricles are normal .  No midline shift is seen. Right maxillary sinus shows polypoid lesion . OPINION: !EFT SUPERIOR EREBE!!AR INFART. !EFT P..A TERRITORY INFART.  ( DR. Posterior Fossa

• Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in location.

• Large hypodense area is seen in superior cerebellar parenchyma on left side. No
