    (B) Last date of sending the soft copy of PPT of the seminar presentations to

    You have to visit at least 15 valid industrial websites and other sources, and prepare separatetwo reports(in the prescribed format given ) on

    G) Draw the complete design of the Logistics and supply chain system for the any product(Individual Product) of your interest., (an example is given at the end milk SCM) including allaspects staring from raw material sources to the consuming customers. Draw a completepictorial representation of the supply chain with all stages. Date of submitting the hard copy of

    Instructions for Preparation and Submission of Paper for the SecondInternational Conference on Logistics and Supply Chain

    Abstract: The format of this paper and the instructions shown give the guidelines to prepare thepaper to be included in the Second International Conference on Logistics and Supply ChainManagement ILSCM 2005 to be held at SMS, CUSAT, Kochi, India. Papers should be inaccordance with the style and format given in these instructions. Abstract should not exceed 300words.

    1.0 INTRODUCTION

    1.1. General InformationThe proceedings of the conference are to be printed by the end of Oct 2005 and the proceedings will be given tothe registered participants on the first day of the Conference along with the conference kit. Manuscripts previouslysubmitted or accepted elsewhere for publication must not be submitted. A certificate on the following lines is to besubmitted by the main author together with the manuscripts.

    This is to certify that this paper has not been published and is not being considered for publication by any otherorganisation or journal and that myself or one of the co-authors will present the paper at the ILSCM 2004conference.

    2.0 SUBMISSION OF FINAL MANUSCRIPTS

    Follow the guidelines given below for preparing your manuscripts. Please submit the original manuscript and a copyof the same along with a soft copy in Microsoft Word format before 30

    th Oct 2005. All submitted manuscripts

    should be in the camera ready format which will be reviewed by the review committee for publication in theproceedings of the conference. They must meet technical standards in addition to length and format restrictions.The manuscripts are to be sent in a cover with a hard board support to avoid folding in transit. Acceptance of thepaper will be intimated by 30
