    Food in Cornwall, and work towards "Bringing Cornish Sardines back into fashion". BBC Country file programme, was a follow

    up on me cooking some Cornish sardines, as a part of Ark of taste, last year in Slow Fish in Genoa. The Country file programme

    featured me cooking some fresh sardines, at the Newlyn Harbour, and then going fishing and catching Cornish Whitebaits. I am

    studying to set up a Social Enterprise, in Cornwall called "School of Cornish Sardines, which will educate, inspire and entertaincooks of all ages, to enjoy cooking, one step at a t ime.
