In cooperation with about 2,000 carefully selected enterprises and social institutions, the corporate (or dual) partners of DHBW Stuttgart, the Schools of Business, Engineering and Social Work offer more than 40 nationally and internationally approved Bachelor study programmes. Their most important feature is the integration of theory and practical experience: Students regularly switch between theoretical phases at the university and practical phases at the work placement. I loved every bit of it

Welcome to StuttgartAs a strongly export-oriented business metropolis, Stuttgart is still a charming, exceptional, fascinating city. Stuttgart is the 6th largest city in Germany and is the centre of a vibrating region, in which nature and technology, tradition and innova-tion go hand in hand.

Nestling in a topographically unique landscape, the Stuttgart Region spans the broad spectrum from a pulsating economic metropolis to an attractive tourist destination. Stuttgart likes to celebrate and some of the annual highlights are the Stuttgart Jazz Festival, the Festival of Animated Film, the Beer Festival, the Wine Village, and the Christmas Market. For those interested in the Arts, Stuttgart hosts the State Theatres, performing opera, ballet and theatre plays.

The Stuttgart region is known as the birthplace of the automobile and until today is the home of Porsche and Mercedes-Benz. The Mercedes-Benz Museum, Porsche Museum, the „Wilhelma“ (the zoological and botanical garden) as well as numerous art museums and galleries offer plenty of leisure time activities.
