From 2009 to Present : Working as Lifting Equipment – IT Automation Supervisor (Motion controls)
QATALUM (QATAR ALUMINIUM SMELTER) under Dutest Qatar W.L.L. QATAR.
My job includes to carryout or supervise IT & Automation maintenance for Lifting Equipments.
Fault finding and monitoring of the cranes and other related equipment.
Carry out the tasks assigned and ensuring maximum operational availability of cranes.
Attending breakdowns as reported by staff & equipment control on immediate basis.
Ensuring accurate, up to date information is provided in the work order for input into the system.
Ensuring that the work order is generated (in coordination with planning clerk) for all electrical work performed.
Submitting correct information about start time and end time of maintenance activity.
Ensure implementation and compliance of the QATALUM safety management system & standards.
Ensure compliance to 5S systems.
From 2006 to 2009 : Supervisor & IT Automations Tech-Support for Luffing and Harbor Cranes,
QATAR PETROLEUM, MESSIED SEA PORT under Dutest Qatar W.L.L QATAR.
Worked as Senior Crane Automations technical support and shift foreman.
My job includes supervision and assigning other technicians for crane maintenance and attending breakdown.
Organizing for preventive maintenance of cranes.
Maintaining all documentations of the work and work orders.
Reporting to concern seniors regarding the job issues.
