Indonesia performed best after financial crisis in 2007.

Among the top 10, half are Asian
markets (Taiwan and South Korea joined the league).

In term of GDP, Canada ranks top
in G7. In term of GDP per capita, Germany leads and is the only
country in G7 regaining the 2007 level.
