In 1996, start the production of Aramid Cord & Fabrics for Rubber Industry under the cooperation with DuPont, USA.

In 1997, ISO9000 Quality System Certificate was approved.

In 2001, the second dipping line was put into production.

In 2003, the new factory started construction in industrial park of Anqiu City, and renamed as ‘SHANDONG HELON POLYTEX CHEMICAL FIBRE CO., LTD.,

and joined into SHANDONG HELON GROUP.

In 2003, Fiber Reinforcement Materials R&D Center of CRIA was founded in POLYTEX.

In 2004, HMLS PET Yarn production lines was installed in new plant, which was imported from Bamarg, Germany

In 2005, the second double-dipping line from Litzler, U.S.A was installed. ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 were approved at the end of this year.

In 2007, the wider dipping line from Benninger, Germany was installed, which was the first set professional dipping line for belting fabric in China, the max. width of dipped fabrics can meet 100 inches.

In 2009, ISO/TS 16949 was approved.

In October of 2012, SHANDONG HELON GROUP was took over by CHINA HI-TECH GROUP CORPORATION (CHTC), and change the name to CHTC HELON CO., LTD.

From 2012 to 2014, the three dipping lines were installed with online Surface Inspection, to improve our quality control ability for the fabrics surface.

In April of 2014, installed 14 sets Cable Corders, to improve the production efficiency and to decrease the production cost; installed 2 sets Ring Twisters to improve the production capacity for heavy fabrics.

In August of 2014, together with Litzler team, updated the 1st set dipping line to improve the production capacity.

In May of 2015, the construction of new workshop was completed with 10,000 tons capacity for tire cord fabrics, and 5000 tons capacity was put into production.
