Heavy Duty Epoxy Resin Floor Screed

    ProductDescription

A three-component solvent-free pigmented mortar screed based on epoxy resins.

Uses As a non-slip, abrasion-resistant epoxy resin floorings of 5-8 mm thickness:Industrial floorings subject to moderate or heavy loadingWorkshop and factory floorsMachine shops and warehousesDepots and loading rampsHangarsStairsSuitable for use on ventilated or non ventilated substrates such as: Concrete and mortar.

Advantages Easy and fast to apply.Solvent-free, no fire risk.Excellent adhesion to substrate. With the addition of Sikadur

-507 trowelling aid, the screed may be

mechanically smoothed using a plastic coated disk.Non-slip, non-skid finish.Excellent abrasion resistance.High mechanical strength.Permeable to water vapour.

Product DataColour Natural, light grey, yellow oxide, red oxide, chrome oxide green. Other colours

Stir Component (A) thoroughly with an electric stirrer prior to batching. AddComponent (B) in the correct mix ratio and mix for 2-3 minutes at a low speed.Place the correctly batched quantity of Component (C) in the mixer (forced actiontype). Add the prepared resin mix (Components A+B) while the mixer is running, and continue to mix until a homogeneous and uniformly moist mix is obtained.

Method of Appl ication Place the mortar while the primer coat is still tacky, and rake out evenly. Level witha beam laid across steel screeding rails and finish with a steel float.

Cleaning Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with Colma Cleaner. Oncehardened, the material can only be removed mechanically. Wash soiled hands andskin thoroughly in hot soapy water.
