INTRODUCTION
In dealing with business competition which is becoming more
competitive now days mainly in Human Resources Development (HRD) ,
would takes someone to upgrade their qualification and
competitiveness in order to keep survive. PT. Biro Klasifikasi
Indonesia (Persero) SBU Marine Jakarta anxious to participate in
preparing and providing skilled manpower in industry by conducting
the Welding Inspector training.
PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia as founded in 1964 is trying to
answer todays and even tomorrows needs and challenges by preparing
professionals and well skilled capability.
In Co-operation with Indonesian Welding Society (IWS) and
Ministry of Labour (Depnaker) and Directorate of Oil & Gas
(Migas), PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia endeavour to increase our
training capability becoming better and better.
PURPOSES
Provide theoretical and practical knowledge as Welding
Inspector
Provide regulation in welding; destructive and non-destructive
test; International Code regard to welding science; metallurgy;
material; health safety environment.
TRAINING SUBJECTS

Pre-requirement and responsibilities for Welding Inspector also
welding report system.
Welding Specification Procedure
Welding Design Procedure.
Construction Drawing P & ID.
Welding Qualification according to API 1104.
ASME Section V/VIII/IX, AWS D1.1
Welding Symbol.
Working Safety
Welding Metallurgy
Radiography.
Ultrasonic Flow Detector.
Welding Result test by Destructive Test or Non Destructive Test,
(DT/NDT)
PARTICIPANTS
Academician-degree / Bachelor in engineering science or
industrial technology Field inspectors for projects related to oil
and gas and shipping technology. Field inspectors for projects
related to oil and gas and shipping technology. Politechnic-D3 /
Degree and high school (SMU) / STM with five years working
experiences in construction and welding.
