功能原理任何精品或功能良好的产品均具有简约的构造--又包括少数组件……正弦泵亦不例外

叶轮的正弦波造型意味着每次转动均可形成一个腔室(每次经过衬套空间时可发生 4 次）。通过该运动，可“推动”或“排放”流动产

品。控制刮板将泵腔分为吸入腔室和排出腔室，保证进出口的压差。同时，控制刮板也发挥着另一项重要作用，即通过产品对泵

轴承进行强制润滑。

超低剪切输送即使含有大量固体物质和易碎产品，仍可安全无破坏性输送

高粘度性能达到流动能力的极限，可达 4，000，000cps

无脉冲，平稳输送精确调节流动容积，无干扰震动，装料机可均匀供应稳定产品量

正弦泵：不使用转子、行星齿轮、活塞等装置，而是采用了特殊制造的叶片，叶片形状如两条正弦波曲线。同时与一个活动刮板

和一个固定衬套共同动作。构成一种特殊形式的容积泵。这样可实现流体的超低剪切。无脉冲输送。即使在 10bar 的背压条件下(输

送水)，压力计上亦不显示任何移动。

产品特性

三重唇型轴封：

低压应用。唇型轴封一般安装在单独的轴套上，不磨损驱动轴。

轴封可添加其他冲洗功能：

3A 标准的泵采用单级内装式机械密封，保证冲洗、冷却和 CIP 清洗消毒。

单端面或双端面机械密封：

正弦泵使用的机械密封符合食品卫生标准，保证冷却和消毒符合 CIP(就地清洗)和 SIP(就地消

毒)清洗要求。同时所有密封系统都可方便地进行更换。

加热或冷却：

许多产品（如制糖业）都需要进行加热或冷却。可提供泵壳夹套选项，可安全简便地连接

到任何热水供应系统。

特定应用的驱动方式：

根据不同的应用，选择固定或可变的转动速度调节方式。

底板：配有联轴节防护装置的底板由不锈钢制造

两种方案均配有圆形地脚，可调节高度，或外出时携带。我们也可提供特殊解决方案。

外罩：适用于极度潮湿条件

可通过使用稳定的外罩对驱动电机进行额外保护。开阔的通风孔可确保冷却驱动系统安全。

Function Principle Any exquisite product or good functional product has a simple configuration---including few components….sine pump is not an

exception.

The sine wave shape of impeller means a cavity can be formed at every rotation (4 cavities can be formed every passing the

lining space). This operation can “push” or “release” flowing products. The pump cavity is divided into suction chamber and

extraction chamber by control panel to ensure pressure tolerances at exit and entrance. Meanwhile, control panel plays another

important role to lubricate the pump bearing by product in compulsion.

Sine pump: Special two sine-curve-like vane is taken, instead of rotor, epicyclic gear or piston, and it runs with a movable panel

and a fixed line, forming a special volume pump and realizing liquid super low shear, without pulse feeding, although in

condition of 10bar back pressure (water feeding), there won’t be any movement on pressure gauge.

Features Many interface forms: hoop, thread and flange. Diagram in the under shows the connection directions of entrance and exit

which can be selected.

Properties

Triple lip shaft seal:

Low voltage application. Lip shaft seal is usually installed in a single shaft sleeve, without

any damage on driving shaft.

Other cleaning function can be added on shaft seal:

For 3A standard pump, single level inner set mechanical seal is taken to ensure

cleaning, cooling and CIP cleaning and sterilization.

Single end surface or double end surface mechanical seals:

The mechanical seal of sine pump conforms to food sanitary standard, ensures the cooling

and sterilization are meeting the requirements of CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (sterilization

in place). Meanwhile, all seal systems can be replaced conveniently.

Heating or cooling:

Many products (for example: sugar manufacturing industry) need to be heated or

cooled. Pump house sleeve can be selected to connect with hot water supply system

safely and conveniently.

Driving method in special application:

As per different application, fixed or flexible rotation speed adjustment method can be selected.

Motherboard: with coupling protective device, made of stainless steel.

Both methods are equipped round feet, the height of it can be adjusted or can be brought outdoor. We also can provide a

special solution.

Mask: applicable for extreme humid conditions

Driving motor can be protected specially by a stable mask. An open ventilation hole can ensure the safety of cooling driving

system.
