1. IntroductionPrecisealignmentofbeltdrivenmachineryisessentialtoincreasebeltandpulleylife,reducevibration,andreduceenergycosts.TheSKFTKBA40BeltAlignmentTooloffersaneasyandaccuratemethodtoadjustthemachinerysothatthegroovesoftheV-beltpulleysareaccuratelyaligned.

1.1 Principle of operationTheTKBA40consistsoftwounitsthatattachmagneticallytothegroovesofeachpulley.Oneunit,thelaserunit,emitsalaserlinethatisprojectedontothereceiverunit.Thereceiverunithasthreetargetareaswiththreereferencelines,thetopreferencelineandthetwobottomreferencelines.Dependingonthelaserpatternprojectedonthetargetarea,itispossibletodeterminethetypeofmisalignmentandhowtocorrectit.Beltalignmentiseasilyperformedbyadjustingthemoveablemachine(s)untilthelaserlinecoincideswiththethreereferencelinesonthereceiverunit.

3. Instructions for use3.1 Selecting V-guides

FoursizesofV-guidesaresuppliedwiththeTKBA40tofitpulleygroovesofmostwidthsandtypes.ShouldyouneedtoexchangetheV-guidesforthesmallerorlargerone,selectandattachtheappropriateV-guidesasshowninfigure2.

3.2 Attaching laser units

TheunitsareprovidedwithstrongmagnetsandV-guides.PlacetheV-guidesofthefirstunitinthegrooveofthefirstpulleyandpresstheunitfirmlyuntilthemagnetsecuresittothepulley.

3.4 Determining the type of misalignmentThelaserlineemittedfromthelaserunitwillnowappearonthereceiverunit.Thepatternwillvarydependingonthetypeofmisalignment,asshowninfigure5,6,7and8.

3.5 AlignmentBeforealigningthepulleysitisimportantthatthepulleysaremountedcorrectlyontheshaftsandthattheshaftsarestraight.Buckledpulleyswillhaveadetrimentaleffectonthealignmentquality.Adjustone(orboth)pulleymachine(s)stepbystepuntilthelaserlinehitthethreereferencelinesofthereceiverunit.

Step 1. Elimination of vertical angle misalignmentPlaceshimsbeneaththefrontorrearfeetofthemoveablemachineuntilthelaserlineisparalleltothereferencelines(asperfigure11).

Step 2. Elimination of horizontal angle misalignmentMovethemachineuntilthelaserlineispositionedequidistantlyfromthethreereferencelines,thetopreferencelineandthetwobottomreferencelines(asperfigure13).

4. Troubleshooting

4.1 No laser line• Checkthatthebatteriesareinsertedcorrectlyinthelaserunit.• Replacethebatteries.• Makesuretheopticofthelaserunitisnotobstructedbydirt. Ifnecessary,cleanwithcottoncloth.

4.2 Lost calibrationIfforsomereason,suchasheavyimpact,thelaserunitlosesitscalibration,returntheTKBA40toSKFforrepair.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Handle with careThelaserunitisequippedwithsensitiveopticalcomponents.Handleitwithcare.Keeptheopticofthelaserunitfreefromdirt.

5.2 BatteriesThelaserunitispoweredbytwoLR03(AAA)batteries.MostLR03(AAA)batteriescanbeused,includingrechargeableNiCdcells,butalkalinebatterieshavethelongestlifespan.Removethebatteriesifthelaserunitistoremainunusedforanextendedperiod.

1.1 Principe de fonctionnementLeTKBA40secomposededeuxappareilsquisefixentmagnétiquementauxgorgesdechaquepoulie.Unappareil,l’émetteurdelaser,émetunelignelaserquiestprojetéesurlerécepteur.Lerécepteurcomportetroiszonesciblesàtroislignesderéférence:lalignederéférencesupérieureetdeuxlignesderéférenceinférieuresEnfonctiondutypedelaserprojetésurlazonecible,ilestpossiblededéterminerletypededésalignementetcommentlecorriger.L’alignementdelacourroies’obtientfacilementenréglantla(les)machine(s)mobile(s)jusqu’àcequelalignelasercoïncideaveclestroislignesderéférencedurécepteur.

1. IntroduzioneLa precisione di allineamento del macchinario con trasmissione a cinghia è fondamentale per garantire la durata nel tempo della puleggia e della cinghia, per ridurre le vibrazioni e assicurare il risparmio energetico. L’attrezzo per allineamento cinghie SKF TKBA 40 consente di regolare il macchinario con un metodo semplice e preciso per ottenere un allineamento accurato delle gole delle pulegge delle cinghie trapezoidali.

1.1.Principio di funzionamentoIl TKBA 40 è composto da due unità che si fissano mediante magneti alle gole di ciascuna puleggia. Una unità, l’unità laser, emette un fascio laser che viene proiettato sull’unità ricevente. Quest’ultima dispone di tre aree bersaglio con tre linee di riferimento: la linea di riferimento superiore e le due linee di riferimento inferiore. A seconda della traccia laser proiettata sul bersaglio, è possibile determinare il tipo di errore di allineamento e come correggerlo. L’allineamento delle cinghie si esegue facilmente regolando la parte mobile fino a far coincidere il fascio laser con le tre linee di riferimento dell’unità ricevente.

3. Istruzioni per l’uso3.1 Scelta delle guide a V

Con il TKBA 40 sono fornite quattro misure di guide a V adatte all’accoppiamento con gole di qualsiasi grandezza e tipo. Se è necessario passare alle guide a V più piccole o più grandi, scegliere e fissare le guide adatte come mostrato nella figura 2.

3.2 Fissaggio delle unità laser

Le unità sono provviste di potenti magneti e guide a V. Mettere le guide a V della prima unità laser nella gola della prima puleggia e inserire l’unità premendola con decisione fino a fissarla alla puleggia mediante il magnete.

Posizionare la seconda unità nella gola opposta della seconda puleggia. Collocare le due unità una di fronte all’altra, come mostrato nella figura 4.

3.4 Determinazione del tipo di disallineamentoIl fascio emesso dall’unità laser appare ora sull’unità ricevente. La proiezione luminosa varia a seconda del tipo di disallineamento, come mostrato nelle figure 5, 6, 7 e 8.

3.5 AllineamentoPrima di allineare le pulegge è importante che esse siano montate correttamente sugli alberi e che gli alberi siano rettilinei.La deformazione delle pulegge pregiudica la qualità dell’allineamento. Regolare gradatamente una o entrambe le pulegge fino a quando i due raggi laser non coincidono con le tre linee di riferimento dell’unità ricevente.

Passo 1. Eliminazione del disallineamento angolare verticaleInserire degli spessori sotto i piedi anteriori o posteriori della parte mobile finché il fascio laser non risulta parallelo alle linee di riferimento (come mostrato in figura 11).

4. Individuazione guasti

4.1 Assenza fascio laser• Verificare che le batterie siano inserite correttamente nell’unità laser.• Sostituire le batterie.• Assicurarsi che la lente dell’unità laser non sia ostruita da sporcizia.

Pulire, se necessario, con un panno in cotone.

4.2 Perdita di taraturaSe, per un motivo qualsiasi, ad esempio un urto violento, un’unità laser perde la corretta taratura, rendere il TKBA 40 alla SKF perché venga riparato.

5. Manutenzione

5.1 Maneggiare con cautelaL’unità laser è dotata di componenti ottici sensibili da maneggiare con cautela. Eliminare eventuale sporcizia dalla lente dell’unità laser.

5.2 BatterieL’unità laser è alimentata da due batterie LR03 (AAA). È possibile utilizzare la maggior parte delle batterie LR03 (AAA), comprese quelle NiCd ricaricabili, anche se le batterie alcaline sono quelle di più lunga durata. Togliere le batterie qualora si preveda di non utilizzare l’unità laser per periodi prolungati.

1.. 简介

对于使用皮带轮的设备,皮带轮的精确对中可以延长皮带及皮带轮的使用寿命,减小振动及减少能量消耗。TKBA40工具提供了一个精确的皮带轮对中方法,精确地对中皮带轮的V型槽。

1.1.工作原理

TKBA40工具包括两个使用磁铁装置紧固在皮带轮V型槽上的检测单元,其中一个激光发射单元发射激光到另一个接收单元上。激光接收单元有三条参考线标识的目标区域,顶上一条,顶下两条。根据激光照射到目标区域的不同位置,可以判断出不同的对中类型,再加以纠正。可以通过调整可移动设备来对中皮带轮,直到激光光线照射到的位置与接收单元上的三条参考线相符合为止。

3.. 使用说明

3.1.选择V型导轨

随TKBA40一块提供的四种规格的导轨可满足绝大多数的皮带轮槽的宽度和类型,您可以从大到小选择合适的V型导轨中并安装,如图2所示。

3.2.安装激光单元

两个激光单元有强力的磁铁和V型导轨,将第一个单元的V型导轨放入第一个皮带轮的轮槽中,然后将该单元按入直到磁铁紧紧地吸住皮带轮(见图3)。

将第二个单元放入第二个皮带轮的相对的槽中,两个单元的位置应互相面对(见图4)。

3.3.打开电源

通过按激光发射单元上的ON/OFF键,可以开启激光发射单元.

3.4. 确定不对中类型

3.5.对中调整步骤

在进行对中调整之前,先确认皮带轮安装无误和轴没有弯曲是非常重要的。扭曲变形的皮带轮对对中质量有重要影响。按以下步骤调节一个或两个皮带轮,直到激光射到激光接收单元的三条参考线上。 第1步:消除垂直方向的角度不对中 在可移动机器的前脚或后脚之下塞入或取出垫片,直到激光光线与接收单元上的参考线相平行(如图11所示)。

第2步:消除水平方向的角度不对中 调整可移动机器,直到激光光线在接收器上的位置与三条参考线等距。三条参考线中一条在顶上,另两条在底下(见图13)。

4.. 故障排除

4.1.没有激光
