Human Rights Watch was seeking a seamless Technical Support for its employees working in remote locations across the globe. HRW wanted 24 X 7 Helpdesk Support for its Network, Applications Systems and Security covering all the time zones using “Virtual Help Desk model”. Smart IMS team performed an in-depth analysis of existing infrastructure and laid out a detailed plan for providing support to all the time zones in a redundant and seamless manner. Smart IMS implemented a complete remote monitoring and management solution to provide centralized and controlled administration for ISP Connect customers. Smart IMS performed a through requirements analysis and applied its remote management best practices to provide seamless and round-the-clock remote administration of all the devices. Smart IMS performs patch management and upgrades for windows, anti-virus, applications and layer 3 devices
Smart IMS played a key role in getting several critical initiatives tested and successfully implemented into production. Smart IMS’s team successfully re-organized the architecture of the website to make it more efficient. Smart IMS engineers also contributed to a number of other projects to provide Ameritrade customers with better features, which include the Integration of the Ameritrade site with On-Money.com and the Implementation of Electronic Stock Market Trade Confirmations
PTQI, a petroleum training institute in Libya was on an expansion drive and required total revamp of their IT infrastructure to accommodate the growing business. Smart IMS provided PTQI comprehensive remote engineering services. The solutions included complete re design of their LAN/WAN network, integration of network security components and a new architecture for their systems IT systems. The team provided design, configuration, integration and implementation support to set up their new IT environment.
