INSTRUCTIONS FOR USETake a fi rm grip. Sit down on the seat and place your feet on the foot plates. Push the foot plates alternately or simultaneously, slowly and evenly away from you and let them return again slowly. Do not straighten your knees completely, and do not bend your knees to an angle of less than 90°.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USESit down on the seat from the side so that the lever arm is in front of your body. Hold the lever arm fi rmly with your hands. Bend the upper body slowly and smoothly, and then slowly straighten the upper body. Pull the lever backwards slowly and smoothly to stretch the spinal column as much as pos-sible. Make sure your back is not hollow. You can combine the abdominal and back exercises into one sequence of movements or perform them separately.

The installation of the VitaGym exercise equipment is very easy.

The supplied foundation anchors are set in con-crete by the customer in accordance with the installation instructions. For some equipment, several foundations are required.

After the concrete has set, the fully pre-assem-bled equipment or equipment modules can be bolted onto the foundation anchors.

In the last step, the foundation holes are fi lled up again.

This allows the equipment to be dismantled and thus represents an advantage compared to equipment permanently set in concrete. As a result, installation is also easier, since no additional constructions are required to support the equipment until the concrete has set.

We recommend a fi rm top layer to guarantee access for persons in wheelchairs or who use walking aids, and who are unsteady on their feet.

If you intend to use loose fi lling material (e.g. sand, granules), please contact us as the equipment design must be modifi ed in the region of the foundation in accordance with the necessary installation depth for loose fi lling material. We can supply appropriately modifi ed equipment on request.

The exercise instruction panel and the informa-tion panel, as well as the products based on tubular frames, are bolted with plugs onto adequately dimensioned concrete foundations, 80 mm below ground level (FFM).
