    Matching of checks and stripes in the garmentproduction has always been difficult and timeconsuming.

    Traditional methods tend to waste a lot ofmaterial, since the patterns are cut out with ablocking tolerance.

    The task of rearranging the blocked out

    patterns is tedious and expensive. The workers involved in this process have tobe skilled.

    The patented VEITH SYSTEM PIN TABLE consists ofa slotted aluminum top and Needle-Bars underneath.

    Each Needle-Bar has pins positioned inside the slotsof the table top.

    The Needle-Bars can be moved freely along the lengthof the table. I.e. they can be positioned exactlyaccording to the matching conditions of the marker.

    The height of the pins can be adjusted with the turn ofa hand-wheel. So the spreading and pinning isconvenient, fast and avoids tension in the lay package.

    Each pin can be individually locked down, i.e. only theneeded quantity of pins have to be used.

    Each pin has a rounded top, which avoids damages tothe fabric, i.e. with our special pins we can pin thefabric inside the piece area and produce the quality,where it is needed, and not outside in the waste region

    Needle PlatesFix lays including the MARKER or the PATTERNThe VEITH SYSTEMNEEDLE PLATE is a very useful utility, which helps you to fix laysincluding the MARKER or the PATTERN. Its needles - coming from above - keep thewhole lay from distortion of its single ply. This is especially important for the transport ofthe lay and for the cutting operation itself.

    Due to its maximum depth of penetration of 45 mm, higher lays are easily preventedfrom distorting.Its special design allows you to build up a very stable tower of NEEDLE PLATES while

    The VEIT 3600 Semi-Automatic Shirt Folding Station assists the operator in

    folding shirts easily and quickly, therefore, saving time and money.

    The VEIT 3600's maximum flexibility allows the folding of men's, women's and

    children's shirts in varying styles and quality.The universal collar finisher shapes the collar area by utilizing pressure and heat,

    automatically adjusting to each size.

    The forming plate has an automatic up and down function that was especially

    designed for quick and efficient unloading without damaging the collar shape.

    The ergonomic work station is height adjustable to

    allow the operator a comfortable work position.

    It also includes a tilting system for a quicker

    layout and positioning of the shirt for folding.
