What is a Call for Proposals?
• Calls for Proposals and selections are managed by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) on behalf of the European Commission
• 2013 Call (EACEA/38/12) launched December 2012
• Deadline for proposals: 15 April 2013
• Assessment by independent experts
• Targets:
- 62 Action 2 Partnerships
- 8 Action 3 Projects
• Selection to be completed by July 2013

• 2013 Call aims to select 62 partnerships

Akcja 2 – zasady i finansowanie
Skład konsorcjum: Min. 5 różnych uczelni z 3 różnych krajów UE (z kartą
uczelni Erasmusa) + uczelnie z danego obszaru geograficznego (ich liczba zależy ściśle od regionu)
Maks. 20 partnerów w ścieżce 1/ maks. 12 partnerów w ścieżce 2
Maksymalny czas trwania projektu: 48 miesięcy Dofinansowanie do kosztów organizacyjnych: 10 000
EUR na każdą uczelnię wchodzącą w skład konsorcjum Stypendia indywidualne pokrywają: koszty podróży,
koszty utrzymania, ewentualne czesne, koszt wydania wizy i ubezpieczenie
Akcja 2 – mobilność indywidualna
3 grupy docelowe mogące uczestniczyć w mobilności: • grupa docelowa 1 (TG1): studenci/pracownicy uczelni partnerskich z kraju trzeciego i kraju UE • grupa docelowa 2 (TG2): obywatele kraju trzeciego i UE nie będący bezpośrednio związani z uczelnią partnerską • grupa docelowa 3 (TG3): obywatele kraju trzeciego pochodzący ze środowisk wykluczonych społecznie/ekonomicznie

Jeden wnioskodawca może złożyć tylko jeden wniosek na dany obszar geograficzny. To samo konsorcjum europejskie może złożyć wnioski do maksymalnie czterech/dwóch* obszarów geograficznych. Każdy wniosek musi znajdować się w osobnej kopercie.

Action 3: Promotion of European Higher Education
Action 3 provides support to transnational initiatives, studies, projects, events and other activities aimed at enhancing the attractiveness, profile, image and visibility of, and accessibility to, European higher education in the world.
