RESERVED OVERNIGHT RV PARKING

A PARKING ATTENDANT WILL BE PRESENT Hours for parking will be: Thursday: 2:00 P.M. – 10: P.M Friday: 6:00 A.M. – 8:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M – 10:00 P.M. Saturday: 6:00 A.M. – 7:00 A.M. After Best in Show until 10:00 P.M. Sunday: 6:00 A.M. – 7: A.M. RV parking for the BMKC Event is located in the parking lot at the end of the park. Parking will be on a first-come basis. Those wishing to park to-gether must arrive together. There will be no saving of spaces. All Over-night Parking is on concrete. Please bring ground cover Overnight parking will be limited. Parking fee is $40.00 per night with a minimum of two (2) days. Fees cover entire weekend. No reduction for single night parking. All spaces are 23 feet wide x 40 feet long. No overnight parking except in overnight parking area. Units must be self-contained. No electricity or wa-ter is available. No discharging of gray water on the premises. Box vans will be parked in a nearby designated area. Dogs are not allowed outside overnight. No outdoor cooking or tailgate parties permitted in the overnight RV area QUIET TIME! Generators must be off between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. If it is required for 24 hour generator use, please advise the show chair-man All efforts will be made to park handicap requests closest to the show site as possible. A handicap permit or license plate is required.. 22 Exhibitors are responsible for THEIR garbage removal. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH. MUST BE CLASS A OR CLASS C VEHICLE TO PARK IN OVERNIGHT RV AREA. BOX-VANS: Box-Van Parking is limited. No Electricity. Generators per-mitted. Box Vans will be parked in a designated area near the RV parking. Secretary assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Tabulate carefully. Due to cost of processing no refunds of $5.00 and under will be made. There is a $4.00 fee for any entry cancellations.

A Recording Fee of .50 cents per dog and a Service Fee of $3.00 per entry, $3.00 Rally Fee will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial, Rally Trial or Tracking Test. These Fees are to be collected by the Show-giving Club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Fees are to be collected on the first entry only. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2).

No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred

from competition by action of Event Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of para-mount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made.

Post Dated Checks, Returned Checks and Declined Credit Cards, do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Secretaries will add a $25.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. The returned check or declined credit card MUST BE MADE GOOD by cash or money order BEFORE the dog will be allowed in the ring.

No Refund for Duplicate Entries. This club and it’s Secretary assume no responsibility for the owner or owner’s agents entering a dog in a class in which the dog is not eligible to compete, or for entering the same dog twice.

Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date.

During the hours of judging owners are to be on call, and have their dogs ready for judging. In order that the judging will not be delayed. Dogs need only be present for their judging. Dogs not needed for further judging may be excused. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to have his dog ready to be shown and at the entrance of the judging ring when the steward calls for the class. Owners of dogs or the handlers of the dogs alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. It is not the responsibility of the ring steward, nor of any agent of the show giving club to locate any dog, its owner or hander, when the dogs presence is needed in the judging ring. It should be understood by every exhibitor and handler to bring his dog into the ring.

The club, its secretaries or their employees will not be responsible for the loss of or damage to any dog exhibited, whether the result of accident or other causes and in addition assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by an exhibitor or handler. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this show is in the care and custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show grounds.

Cash Prizes will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Secretaries Office advised at once. The Secretaries and show-giving Club disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over.

Trophies and Prizes will be awarded in the judging ring before the completion of judging, any discrepancies must be report-ed to the Secretary prior to completion of judging. All trophies must be claimed the day of the show. None will be mailed.

Dogs which according to their owners records have completed the requirements for a championship after the closing of entries for the show but whose championships are unconfirmed, may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best of Breed or Variety Competition, provided this transfer is made by the Secretary at least one half hour prior to the start of the earliest Conformation judging at the Show.

Junior Handlers who win a third Novice Class after the closing of entries may transfer their entry from the Novice Class to the Open Class provided that this transfer is made by the Secretary at least one half hour prior to the scheduled start of the earliest Conformation judging or one half hour prior to the start of Junior Showmanship judging at the show, whichev-er is earlier.

Please DO NOT LEAVE ANY DOGS IN CLOSED VEHICLES. Do not leave your dogs in unlocked cars. If any dogs are seen to be suffering from extreme temperatures where it is confined without supervision, a California Humane Officer or a Security Officer will be notified to handle the situation. Violators may be reported to the Show Committee for discipli-nary action. all persons attending this show hereby waive any claim for damages against the show giving clubs or their members in the event a motor vehicle has to be entered to rescue a dog from overheating or improperly vented condi-tions. THIS IS A SELF CLEANING SHOW, PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOGS.

The show giving club, the show secretary their agents or employees assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, spectators or to their dogs or property. And further assumes no responsibility for injury to any child not under the control of their parents or guardians.

Bred By Exhibitor Class Eligibility: 1) All dogs entered in the Bred By Exhibitor Class must be individually registered with the AKC. 2) The person handling the dog must be a breeder of record of the dog and an owner of record of the dog, and 3) family members must be both a breeder and owner of record to exhibit in this class.

(No defeated dogs will be allowed to compete) The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Variety: Dogs that are Champions of Record. Dogs which according to their owners records have completed the requirements for a championship but whose championships are unconfirmed. The entry and showing of dogs whose championships are unconfirmed is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where a dog

completed the requirements for a championship according to the owner's records. If, at the end of the

90 day period, the championship of a dog has not been confirmed by AKC, no further entries of the dog for Best of Variety competition are to be made until its championship has been confirmed by AKC....(Ch. 3, Sec. 13 AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows).

STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER PUPPY SWEEPSTAKES

The Staffordshire Bull Terrier Sweepstakes will be judged between the Morning and Afternoon Specialties and is open to all breeders and owners of Staffordshire Bull Terriers that on the day of the show are at least 6 months of age and under 18 months of age. Dogs may be shown by owner, breeder or handler. No professional handlers may exhibit in sweepstakes even if they own, co-own, or bred exhibit. Champions of Record or dogs who according to their owner’s records, have completed the requirements for their Championship may not be entered or shown. Each dog or bitch MUST be entered in a Regular Class at the same show. Entry fee is $10.00 per dog and entries shall be made at the same time and on the same entry forms as for the Regu-lar Classes. Indicate “Sweepstakes” and the age division in the space provided for “Additional Classes”.

STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER VETERAN SWEEPSTAKES The Staffordshire Bull Terrier Veteran Sweepstakes will be open to all Staffordshire Bull Terri-ers 7 years and older. Champions of Record are eligible. Altered dogs and bitches are eligible to enter Veterans Sweepstakes only. No professional handlers may exhibit in sweepstakes even if they own, co-own or bred exhibit. Dogs entered in Veteran Sweepstakes are not required to be entered in the regular classes. AGREEMENT I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, gover-nors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting there from, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event, however such, injuries, death or property damage may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees, agents, or any other persons. (Variety) if you are entering a dog of breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety you are entering, i.e., Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, parti-color), Beagles (not exceed-ing 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (longhaired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). 2. The following categories of dogs may be entered and shown in Best of Breed competition: Dogs that are Champi-ons of Record and dogs which, according to their owners’ records, have completed the requirements for a champion-ship, but whose championships are unconfirmed. The showing of unconfirmed Champions in Best of Breed competi-tion is limited to a period of 90 days from the date of the show where the dog completed the requirements for a championship. 3. (Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registra-tion certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his name.
