Register to attend the Legislative Program Sessions to hear from the state's most dynamic political leaders as they
address the latest legislative and regulatory issues impacting the construction, your business and your bottom
line. Throughout the Sessions and Reception, you’ll also have several unique opportunities to engage and network
with the most powerful people in Sacramento.
The registration fee to attend the AGC Legislative Program Sessions and Reception is $85 per person and is
required in order to access to the following sessions/events:
Monday, May 9th—AGC Legislative Program Opening Session & Lunch 12:30pm-2:00pm, Gardenia Room *Lunch Provided
The Legislative Program Opening Session will provide information and status updates on AGC’s Legislative Program and key
pieces of legislation that the Association is tracking and/or taking an official position on. Learn more about what you can do in
your local area to further AGC’s Legislative Program and agenda. Guest Speakers will also address critical regulatory issues
impacting the industry and potentially—your profit margins.
Monday, May 9th—AGC Legislative Program Reception 4:30pm-6:30pm, Morgan’s Restaurant *Light hors d’oeuvres and beverages provided
The Reception will provide contractors and other industry vendor/suppliers
and supporters invaluable “face-to-face” networking time with members of the
California Legislature and their Staff while enjoying the beautiful venue; the
Sheraton Grand Sacramento. This is your opportunity to take an active role in
both building important relationships and educating the capitol's new and
returning members so they are better prepared to make educated votes on
bills affecting the construction industry.
Tuesday, May 10th—AGC Legislative Program Closing Session & Lunch 12:30pm-1:30 pm, Gardenia Room *Lunch Provided
A panel of guest speakers will address critical legislative and regulatory issues
currently impacting the industry as well as a forecast on future issues. This
session will also provide you opportunities to ask legislators and other
speakers questions about those legislative and regulatory issues that most
impact your business.

I agree to pay 100% of the Total Amount Due today, unless I am a member of an AGC member company and choose to be invoiced; we understand that all balances must be paid in full within 30 days of receiving invoice, unless other terms are discussed with the AGC Events Department.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing. For each registrant that cancels, a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, will be granted on cancellation requests received on or before April 8, 2016. Absolutely no refunds will be given after April 8, 2016 and alternate/substitute registrants will be encouraged at that point.
