FCL Status- Mainly about Electricity, Architecture and Clean Rooms-
Blue prints for the construction phase II items (Electricity and Architecture) will be finished at the end of August 2013. We expect the company for the construction phase II will be decided in the end of September 2013.
Clean system and double deck layer structure designs are under construction. Almost images are drawn and we got some cost estimation for them. The biding for them will be done around April 2014.

Results (with copper heat links)• Cryo-coolers for payloads didn’t cool down completely (2nd stage stayed at 20 K)• Thermal conductivity of heat links calculated from results: 1/5 of literature
