• Centralt: inte bundet till något särskilt ämne och/eller institution

(universitetsövergripande, university-wide)

• Lärosäte/Receiveing inst/host university):

samlingsnamn för universitet och högskolor (college, university)

• Nominering: man ansöker om att bli nominerad eftersom SU inte

kan anta till ett annat universitet.

• Utbytesavtal: två universitet har, i ett skriftligt avtal, kommit

överens att byta studenter med varandra

• Utlysning: annonsering av platser att söka under en begränsad

period

Commonly used words

• Central/university-wide: not connected with a certain department

or subject area (universitetsövergripande, university-wide)

• Receiveing institution/host university (lärosäte):

Name for a college, university or School of Higher Education

• Nomination: as a student you apply to be nominated to an exchange

period at a host university within a bilateral agreement. We, at

Stockholm University can not accept you to another university

• Bilateral Agreement: two universities have in a written document

agreed to exchange students with eachother

• Call for application: the call/announcement for exchange application

within a limited time period.

Duration: 3-12 months (per study cycle)

Where: country/universities participating in the Erasmus+ programme & existing exchange agreement

Prerequisites:• Student at SU with the purpose of acquiring a

degree• Fulltime studies abroad• At least in the second year of full-time studies at

university-level• Learning agreement• Language assessment• No other grants from EU or UHR

Plus: • Erasmus+ grant (top-up for participants with

children, additional support grant for participants with disabilities)

• Optional online language course

Where: any relevant company or organisation in any country that participates in the Erasmus+ programme

Learning Agreement) • During studies and/or within a maximum of one

year after your graduation• No other grants from the EU or UHR

• Ladda upp 2 dokument (bilagor):

1. Preliminary Course selection form (kontakt med din institution)

2. Personal Letter (in English)

• ”Submit” senast 5 dec 2018 (en pdf-fil skapas)

• Vänta på besked i slutet av januari (skickas per e-post till adress du angivit i

ansökan)

• Wait for at end of January 2019 (Result will be sent to you
