Reconditioning

Before… After…

We will undertake the reconditioning of your machine as contract work. Ourservice offer encompasses all work stages – from checking for existing defects,to deconstruction, cleaning, sand blasting and painting, through to thereplacement of defective components where necessary.

Repair

We are happy to help when electronic

components have caused you machine

to fail. For example defects on controller

cards, power supply units, rectifiers or

monitors can all be repaired. We can also

organise spares for machines which are no

longer manufactured or where the originalsupplier no longer exists.



Maintenance

We are more than happy to service your machine inyour workshops. From simple tasks such as axis

calibration through to complete replacement of ballscrews, linear guidrails, bearings etc.



Retrofit

An older machine does not necessarily

belong on the scrapheap, even if the

existing functionality is minimal. In manyinstances we can organise and install

accessories – even replace a control

system entirely. After conversion, your

machine is returned to the forefront of

technology and spares are once again

available for many years to come.



Update / Upgrades

Is the computer hardware in your machine too slow or nolonger capable of running the lastest software? We canupgrade processors, controllers, RAM, harddrives, monitorsetc. giving your machine a boost in performance

Want to migrate to an oil coolant system? We undertake allnecessary work includingenclosure modelling, fireextinguishing systems,

coolant feed systems etc. All other work also

considered, we are happyto advise.



Commissioning & Training

If you so wish, we can take care of the commissioning on location.We can then guarantee a professional assembly and successful

startup of your new used machine. Included in this is the calibrationand test grinding of the machine in order to ensure effective use.

We are happy to pass on our knowledge. Our experienced serviceengineers can provide qualified training to your staff – from basicoperations to specialised applications for effective use and finestgrinding results. Of course, you can choose where this takes place.



Packaging & Shipping

From small parcels to containers, we’re always happy to arrange a timelydelivery worldwide. Furthermore we undertake the processing of allcustoms formalities including all required certification.

with assistance from well established
