Perusahaan Umum Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia (Perum LPPNPI) yang selanjutnya disebut "AirNav Indonesia, "AirNav" atau "Perusahaan", menyusun Laporan Keberlanjutan Tahun 2019 yang berisi kinerja keberlanjutan Perusahaan pada aspek ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial. Dalam penyusunan laporan ini, data dan informasi berasal dari berbagai sumber yang dapat diandalkan. Perusahaan menyeleksi serta menyajikan informasi dan data yang bersifat material bagi pemangku kepentingan.
Laporan ini juga menyajikan pandangan AirNav ke depan (forward-looking statement) seperti target, perkiraan, estimasi, prospek, atau proyeksi atas kinerja operasional dan kondisi usaha AirNav di masa mendatang. Meskipun Perusahaan telah menyajikan secara wajar informasi atau data tersebut di dalam Laporan ini, AirNav menyadari bahwa sifat bisnis Perusahaan juga dipengaruhi oleh perubahan keadaan eksternal, seperti perubahan regulasi pemerintah, fluktuasi jumlah penerbangan, bencana alam, dan kebijakan penerbangan internasional.
Perusahaan Umum Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia (Perum LPPNPI), hereinafter referred to as “AirNav Indonesia, “AirNav” or “Company” has compiled this Sustainability Report 2019 on the Company’s economic, environment, and social sustainability performance. This report has been prepared on the basis of data and information from credible sources. The Company has selected and presented information and data that are of material significance for the shareholders.
This Report also presents AirNav’s forward- looking statements such targets, forecast, estimation, prospects, or projections on AirNav future operational performance and business condition. While the Company has presented the information and data with fairness in this Report, AirNav is aware that the Company’s business characteristics are influenced by changes in external conditions, such as amendment to government regulation, fluctuations in number of flights, natural disaster, and international aviation policies.

Greener Skies, Better Service
Pembangunan berkelanjutan saat ini bukan hanya tugas pemerintah semata, melainkan menjadi tanggung jawab bersama. Oleh sebab itu, di dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya, AirNav Indonesia berupaya meningkatkan kinerja ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan sambil terus mengembangkan kualitas layanan navigasi penerbangan berstandar internasional. Melalui Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL), AirNav Indonesia memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Kemudian, AirNav Indonesia juga mengembangkan potensi sumber daya manusia lokal melalui AirNav Scholarship Program (ASP) bagi Putra/Putri Papua.
Tema Laporan kali ini, yaitu “Green Skies, Better Service”, mencerminkan upaya AirNav Indonesia dalam memberikan value bagi maskapai penerbangan dan sekaligus berdampak positif bagi lingkungan. Salah satunya yaitu melalui delay management yang efisien pada proses taxi, takeoff dan landing pesawat udara. Dengan pendekatan tersebut, AirNav Indonesia membantu penurunan konsumsi bahan bakar dan emisi selama pergerakan pesawat udara di runway. Lebih jauh lagi, AirNav Indonesia mengelola rute penerbangan dengan strategis sehingga airlines bisa meminimalkan penggunaan bahan bakar untuk perjalanan udara.
Sustainable development is not only the responsibility of the government but our collective duty as well. Therefore, in running the Company’s business activity, AirNav Indonesia strives to enhance economic, social and environmental performance while continues to develop the quality of its international standard air navigation services. Through the Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL), AirNav Indonesia contributes to empowering the local economy. Furthermore, AirNav Indonesia has developed local human resources potentials through AirNav Scholarship Program (ASP) for the youth of Papua.
The theme of this report, “Greener Skies, Better Service”, reflects AirNav Indonesia’s efforts to deliver values to the airlines while leaving a positive impact on the community. One of the efforts is the implementation of more efficient delay management on aircrafts that are taxiing, taking off, or landing. With this approach, AirNav Indonesia has contributed to the reduction of fuel consumption and emission from aircraft movements on the runway. Furthermore, AirNav Indonesia has strategically managed flight routes to allow airlines to minimize fuel consumption during flight.
