• OpEx Academy training platform is dedicated to introduce Swedbank employees who deals with process improvements with Lean methodology

through classroom trainings and e-learning.

• Trainings are divided in two modules in order to address different learning needs starting from simple Lean awareness and ending with gaining

practical knowledge and skills on process improvement.

• The target audience of these trainings are specialists, project mangers and unit managers who are involved in product and process development

and maintenance.

Module 1: The purpose of this module is to develop basic

understanding about Lean methodology, its origins and applicability in

process improvement.

Module 2: The purpose of this module is to develop practical skills

and knowledge for employees who need to manage or participate in

process improvement projects.
