Introduction

T.AKADEMI™ Singapore is established in 2011, with our flagship store at China Square Central. We aim to bring in the

freshness and healthiness of only the very goods of Japan, especially from Hokkaido. Over the last 2 years, we have

introduced the popular Hokkaido Collagen beverages, Kofuku Yaki pastry, Collagen desserts and Hokkaido fresh

milk puddings.

Marine collagen, which is the best collagen for consumption, when enhanced with vitamin C and many minerals, helps the body with the absorption of the collagen supplements. Collagen Beverages 北海道のコラーゲン飲料

The special collagen mixture is then made into a very light jello form and supplemented into the green tea, milk or juices from Hokkaido. Our signature beverages are the Lavender Collagen Tea and Yubari Collagen Melon Milk, two of the iconic produces of Hokkaido.

Collagen Jelly コラーゲンのゼリー

2000mg of Collagen is used in this deliciously sinless dessert. By using real flowers/fruits, it not only enhances the taste but also harness the health properties from them. Our signature Collagen Jelly includes Lavender, Sakura and Yuzu flavors.

Hokkaido Fresh Milk Puddings 北海道の新鮮な牛乳プディング

Using the best 3.6 specially selected fresh milk from Hokkaido, the pudding tastes light, aromatic and smooth. The 3.6 selection fresh milk does not contain preservatives, thus make the dessert easy on the stomach and suitable for all ages.

Kofuku Yaki 幸福の焼き

Literally meaning “Taste of Happiness” in Japanese, these easy pancake-pastry originated from the Tokachikawa plains of Hokkaido. It is where they have the freshest wheat and cleanest water. Pastry is baked only upon order, thus you are assured the freshest taste of happiness. We can bake fresh them on spot at events too.
