GATHERINGS AT THE RANCH

natural beauty of the Rincon Mountains, between Saguaro National Park and Coronado National Forest, the Ranch has

been a preferred event destination since 1929. Arizona desert landscape, fabulous sunsets, warm climate and easy access to

Tucson make our locale ideal for your meeting or event. An Arizona dude ranch setting is sure to make a lasting impression.

At Tanque Verde Ranch, it is our goal to make sure your event flows smoothly. We believe that every detail matters – from

reception, lodging, catering and entertainment, to meeting set-up, conference services and teambuilding activities. With a

variety of event facilities available, we are able to cater to groups large or small.

EVENT PLANNER

Work with your planner on selecting menus for all food and beverage selections.

Assist in constructing all meeting details for the Banquet Event Orders.

Provide you with an estimate of charges.

Will coordinate your room block.

Work with your planner to detail the operational aspects of the meeting.

BANQUET SUPERVISOR

Will be your on-site contact for all operational aspects of the event.

Ensure the meeting setup meets the specifications of your planner.

Review menu selections with your planner, coordinating any special needs or instructions.

Work with your planner to execute the meeting timeline, per the Banquet Event Orders.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Tanque Verde Ranch indoor events may continue until midnight, but outdoor venue events must conclude by 10 p.m. due

to the proximity of neighboring homes. Tanque Verde is always prepared for inclement weather and will have an indoor

space reserved as back-up for outdoor events. No outside food and beverage may be brought onto ranch property. Set up

staff and servers will be provided by the Ranch for your event.

LODGING

We welcome your guests to stay at Tanque Verde Ranch. We have a customized rate plan. Our all-inclusive package pricing

includes ranch meals (Dinner, Breakfast & Lunch per night stay), three guided horseback rides daily, riding lessons,

Breakfast Trail Ride every Thursday & Sunday morning, outdoor BBQ dinner in the Cottonwood Grove every Wednesday

& Saturday evening, guided nature walks and hikes, guided mountain biking, nature programs, guided fishing, children’s

program for ages 4-12, tennis lessons (winter only) and more. Ask our sales team for more options.

CANCELLATION

If cancellation of a booking becomes necessary, the

parties agree and understand that actual damages would

be difficult to determine. Therefore, the following

cancellation schedule represents a reasonable effort on

behalf of the Ranch to establish the actual damages to

be paid by the parties for cancellation of this agreement.

From contract signing to 61 days prior to the event =

50% of estimated revenue total. From 60 days until 31

days prior to event = 75% of estimated revenue total.

From 30 days prior to the event = 100% of estimated

revenue total.
