●�因為常態下即有 2～ 3個接觸面，所以正逆轉方向都不會有齒隙問題的產生。

◦�Trochoidal profiled tooth enables us to make a plurality of mutual teeth mesh at one time. The teeth always mesh via two or three portions and eliminate backlash when rotated in one or another direction.

高　精　度　／　High accuracy

●�輸送精度 ( 回轉與線性比 ) 與定位精度方面則與精密級滾珠螺桿相互媲美。

◦��Instead of gears, a combination of cam and roller makes a positioning accuracy and feeding accuracy (rotation-linearity ratio) as nearly as that of the ball-screw structure.

低噪音‧低振動　／　Low noise and low vibration

●�在最適化的軌跡線曲線齒形上，以軸承所支撐的滾子很平滑的轉動，因此齒打音、轉送音的產生非常微小，噪音的產生與振動也都非常低。

◦�Rollers smoothly mesh with the optimized trochoidal tooth surface so as to avoid rattling noise, tooth striking noise and rotating noise from being induced together with the least amount of vibration.

低　發　塵　／　Low dust

●�利用平滑的滾動運轉，回轉部分是小徑低速，故低摩擦且發熱和發塵非常少。

◦�Due to the smooth rotation, the structure dispenses with a least amount of heat and dust generated and cope with a clean room operation.

長行程‧高速化實現　／　Extended length line and high speed rolling

●�使用接續治具可以實現長行程，而且可以達到 180m/min 或更高的高速運轉。

◦E�xtendable with use of addition jig. Capable of high speed rolling of 180 m/minute or more.

常態下即有 2～ 3 處保持接觸，正逆轉方向不產生齒背間隙。

Non-BacklashNew System Ring & Pinion為因應新的需求，TCG 除了開發精密齒條 ( 迴轉 - 直線 ) 之外，

推出了精密齒圈 ( 迴轉 - 迴轉 )。 In order to reply to new needs, a rotation-to-rotation type " TCG Ring & Pinion " is introduced with the rotation-to-linear type

TCG Runner & Pinion.

◦�經由分割製作，可完成大口徑( 直徑 2m以上 ) 無背隙精密齒圈

Non-backlash large gear ( 2m in dia ) produced by segmental ring gear.

◦�採用交叉滾子軸承Cross-roller-bearing is used.

◦�採用無背隙減速機( 照片為直交軸 CBR)

Non-backlash Reducer is used（Photo shows CBR=Orthogonal-shaft Type Ball Reducer）
