bstrak, Kasus seputar reproduksi remaja sekarang sernakin rneningkat, disebabkan ketidakpahaman remaja terhadap berbagai aspek reproduksi yang berhubungan dengan dirinya sendiri. Peningkatan kualitas kesehatan rcproduksi remaja dapat dilakukan dengan mernperhatikan masalah komunikasi kesehatan, Permasalahan remaja mengenai seksualitas dan kesehatan reproduksi kian lama dirasakan kian kompleks dan memprihatinkan

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian fenomenologi, pencliti menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalarn, observasi dan studi pustaka untuk mengelaborasi penghayatan informan, khususnya bcrkaitan dengan makna kornunikasi kesehatan reproduksi Tema peneluian ini se uai dengan isu strategis yang ke ernpat yaitu komunikasi kese iatan dan lingkungan, mencakup pernetaan pola pencarian informasi kesehatan rnasyarakat dalarn pencegahan penyakit.

Kesirnpulan dari penelitian ini adalah :Komunikasi kcsehatan dirnaknai sebagai mformasi tcntang kesehatan. berkomunikasi tentang keschatan, komumkasi xesehatan lmgkungan, lnformasi untuk selalu rnenjaga kesehaian din kua sendrri. Seksualitas dirnaknai sebagai I lubungan intim yang dilakukan seseorang yang sudah merukah dan I lubungan manusia dengan lawan jenisnya. Kesehatan rcproduksi dimaknai K01 disi sehat fisik organ-organ reproduksi dan schat sosial untuk rnclakukan hubungan dan menjaga organ-organ reproduksi.

Saran peneliti : Pemerintah, LSM dan rnasyarakat scbaiknya rnernikirkan pcndidikan kesehatan rcproduksi seperti apa yang harus diberikan kepada rernaja terutarna di pedesaan yang rentan agar tidak terjerumus pada perbuatan asusila yang tidak dikehendaki.

b tract. Cases around adolescent reproduction arc now more increasing due to mcomprehensivencss in various aspects of reproduction related to the adolescents themselves. Quality improvement of adolescent reproductive health can be done by paying attention 10 issues of health communication. Issues regarding adolescent sexuality and reproductive health are felt to be more and more complex and alarming. This research rs a phenomenology study in which the researcher used in-depth interview technique, observation and literature study to elaborate informants' comprehension, particularly with regard 10 the meaning of reproductive health communication. The theme of this research is 111 line with the fourth strategic issue that is health and environmental communication which include the mapping of information searching pattern of public health and the prevention of disease. It was found that health communication was defined as information about health, environmental health communication, and information to keep ourselves healthy and sexuality was defined as the intimate relationship of married people and the human relationship with the! opposite sex. Reproductive health was interpreted as healthy condition of the reproductive organs and socially healthy to have relationship and maintain the reproductive organs. The researcher suggests the government. non-profit organization (NGO) and the society think about the kind of reproductive health education given to the adolescents especially those in prone rural areas so as not be involved in unwanted sexual misconduct.
