Determine the current I for figure 1 by using the approximation equivalent model for the
diode. Assume V1=20V, Vγ = 0.6V, R 1=20kΩ & R 2=10kΩ .

Consider the circuit shown in Figure 3. The range for input voltage is -10 V1 V in
rectangular wave. Diode cut-in voltage is Vγ = 0.7V and VB = 5V. Sketch the output
voltage, Vo.
