DAY 1 ARRIVE BANGKOK - SHOPPING (L/D)

Get ready to depart from the hotel at 5.00am to go to Lopburi

and Khao Yai. Stop for breakfast during the journey. Group will

arrive at Lopburi which home to the biggest sunflower fields of

Thailand that is in blossom between November until January.

Have an experience of going to the Dam by tram and after that,

stop for lunch and also Muslim prayer. After that, proceed to

Khao Yai. In Khao Yai area, there are lots of interesting tourist

destination and one of it is Palio Piazza Khao Yai which built in a

beautiful Tuscany, an Italy village concept. Then, going back to

Bangkok and have dinner en route before going back to the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, get ready to be transferred to Chatu-

chak Market for shopping. Chatuchak Market is best known as

one of the largest markets in Asia. After that, stop for lunch and

Muslim prayer. Later, the group will be taken to visit the Platinum

Shopping Mall in Bangkok. As a wholesale shopping centre, the

Platinum Shopping Mall houses many retail stores selling clothing,

accessories, and cosmetics. Later, have dinner before going to a

night market and after that going back to the hotel for rest.

Group arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport and will meet up with our

tour guide. After that, the group will be dropped by for shopping

at MBK Shopping Center and Siam Center. Next, the group will be

taken for lunch and Muslim prayer at Siam Paragon Mall. After

that, visit Big Bee Farm and also Genuine Leather Factory. Later,

have dinner at a local restaurant before proceeding for check-in at

a hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, get ready to be transferred to Mae

Klong Railway Market. This market is special because it is located

on a train line. When the train comes, vendors lower their um-

brellas and move some of their produce further back off the train

tracks. As soon as the train passes, vendors continue as normal.

After that, the group will be taken to visit one of the earliest

Floating Market in Thailand and do some tour by boat around the

Floating Market. Proceed for lunch and also visit Asiatique The

Riverfront before going for Muslim prayer at the mosque near

there. After that, shopping at Asiatique Plaza and have dinner

before going back to the hotel for rest.

DAY 2 MAE KLONG RAILWAY - ASIATIQUE (B/L/D)

DAY 4 CHATUCHAK MARKET - PLATINUM MALL (B/L/D)

DAY 5 CHECK OUT - SHOPPING - AIRPORT (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, get ready to check out from the ho-

tel. Have some last-minute shopping at a dried food shop and also

Erawadee Health Care Shop for getting souvenirs for friends and

family at home. Proceed to Suvarnabhumi Airport for departure

flight back home.

50% deposit per person is required and balance payment to be made 45 days prior to group departure. All pay-

CANCELLATION

Fairy Holiday reserves the right to cancel the tour within 48 hours prior to departure date due to any unforeseen

circumstances/ reasons such as act of god, war, strike, riot or order from the government of Malaysia or the gov-

ernment of the intended destination, which is beyond the control of the company. Cancellation of original book-

ings and any changes at the request of the customer shall be made in writing and the following charges will

apply: –

1. >45 days prior to departure : forfeiture of deposits

2. 30-40 days prior to departure : 20% of tour fare

3. 20-29 days prior to departure : 30% of tour fare

4. 14-19 days prior to departure : 50% of tour fare

5. <05-13 days or after issuance of air tickets : 100% of tour fare

NO SHOW

All passengers are required to be at the airport three hours prior to flight departure’s time. When a passenger

does not show up at the appointed time for whatever reasons and misses the flight, the full tour fare will be for-

feited. No refund or reduction will be made for any unutilized services, meals, transfer, accommodation or tours.

AMENDMENT

A minimum of MYR150.00 per amendment will be levied by Fairy Holiday + additional charges subject to terms

and conditions of respective airlines and ground operators (if any) shall be borne by the passenger.

PASSPORT AND VISAS

It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure he/she has a valid passport of at least six months or as per validity

period required by the respective countries to be visited.

Passengers are required to have the necessary visa, vaccination, health certificates and all relevant travel docu-

ments required by the respective countries to be visited. Fairy Holiday will not be responsible for any visa rejection

for whatsoever reason given by the embassies.

UNUSED SERVICES

No refunds can be made in respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or any other services which are

included in the tour, but not utilized or where passengers amend, cancel or otherwise arranged after departure.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY Fairy Holiday and its associated agents such as the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals involved

in the tour act only as agents for the passenger. All tickets and documents issued are subject to the terms, conditions and

contract under which such transportation and other services provided. They assume no responsibility for injury, illness, dam-

age, accident, loss, delay, death irregularities that may be caused to person or property.

All bookings are subject to the usual terms and conditions and contracts of local ground operators. Fairy Holiday reserves the

right to alter or modify time-table, carriers, itineraries and hotel accommodation any way necessary in the interest of the tour

members or due to circumstances over which the operators has no control. If additional expenses are incurred through de-

lays, accident, or disruption of advertised schedules beyond the control of the operator, such expenses must be borne by the

passenger (s).

Fairy Holiday does not accept any liability in contract or in tort of any injury, damage, loss, delay additional expenses or in-

conveniences caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reason-

able diligence on its part including but not limited to civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of Gods,

acts of government or of any authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action. The passage con-

tract use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall constitute the sole contract between transportation com-

panies or firm where the purchases of these tour and / or passenger are made. All tickets, coupons and orders are furnished

and subject to those terms & conditions under which means of transportation or other services provided thereby are offered

or supplied by owners, operations, pull carrier, managing agents or agents.
