¿Por qué decidiste ser profesor?Porque me gusta mucho trabajar con gente joven, transmiten vitalidad. Y porque creo en lo que hago.

¿Siempre supiste que querías dedicarte a esto? Sí, desde pequeño, y tuve que pagar un precio muy alto por ello.

¿Cuál es tu deporte favorito?Para ver, el fútbol; para practicar, la natación; y para dirigir, el voleibol. Soy entrenador nacional de vóley.

¿Qué deporte practicas en tu tiempo libre? Natación, 4/veces por semana; bicicleta y senderismo. Todos los días practico alguno.

¿Por qué razón tus alumnos deben realizar un diario de clase?Para que acumulen por escrito lasexperiencias prácticas y tengan recursos por si quieren realizar la práctica deportiva ellos solos más adelante.

¿A que te habrías dedicado sino hubieras sido profesor de E. Física? Hubiera sido periodista. Por eso el periodismo es mi hobby.  ¿El rojo es tu color favorito? ¡No! Son el azul y el blanco. Mis alumnos deben vestir de rojo y de azul marino porque son los colores más sufridos para realizar deporte. Otros años los colores de mis alumnos han sido el blanco, o el verde.¿No son tus clases demasiado duras? En absoluto. Cada alumno trabaja en función de sus posibilidades. El objetivo es superarse. Yo no comparo a los alumnos, sino que puntúo a cada uno en función de lo hace y lo que podría hacer.¿Crees que tus alumnos mejoran después de un año contigo? Hay de todo. Quien tiene interés mejora en todo, y quien no lo tiene fracasa en todo, no sólo en E. Física.

¿El mejor alumno que has tenido? Mmm... muchos, aunque sólo he puesto tres 10 en mi vida. Algunos delos mejores han sido Silvia Castellano (07/08), David Cerezo (07/08)y Delgado Cueto. Éste último hizo el mortal hacia delante sin ningún impulso. ¿Una anécdota divertida? Ha habido muchas. Por ejemplo, el año pasado unos alumnos de 1º de Bach. me imitaron en el trabajo de expresión corporal. Me reí muchísimo. David Cerezo lo hizo de puta madre.

¿Cuántos años llevas trabajando? ¿Cuándo piensas jubilarte? Llevo trabajando 36 cursos ininterrumpidos y siempre en este centro. El año que viene será mi último año de trabajo como profesor.¿El mejor año de tu carrera? El mejor año será el que viene, cuando me jubile. Cuando te jubiles, ¿cómo te gustaría que te recordaran tus alumnos? Como ellos quieran. Soy realista y sé que habrá de todo, algunos me recordaran con agrado y otros como un profesor muy duro. Pero a mi me gustaría que me recordaran como una persona que ha intentado dar siempre lo mejor de sí en su trabajo. Con eso me conformo.Los deportistas llevan una dieta equilibrada y cuidan su alimentación. ¿Tú te cuidas? Lo intento, pero yo no soy deportista. Los deportistas son personas que compiten y que se entrenan diariamente. Procuro comer sano, aunque si me apetece comer patatas o pasteles, me los como.¿Te preocupa la vejez? Hay tigres :El tigre es una de las cuatro especies  de la familia de

Los Leones:El león es un mamífero carnívoro de la familia de los  Félidos . El macho adulto es fácilmente reconocible por su gran tamaño y llamativa melena, y tiene un peso aproximado de 150 a 250 kg. Las hembras suelen ser cons iderablemente más pequeñas, de 110 a 180 kg depeso. Es el segundo felino más grande del mundo,después del tigre.

En es tos momentos las instalaciones de los leones no es tán adecuadas .

Cómo todos los équidos , las cebras son perisodáctilos , o ungulados  con un número impar de pezuñas . S e dis tinguen tres  especies , cada una con un patrón de rayas específico: la cebra de Grevy, la cebra de montaña y la cebra común.

Aquí os cuento unas de las experiencias que he tenido.Antes de todo lo que os voy a contar, yo era una niña a la que no le importaba para nada el tema de la comida ni la talla que tenía…En verano del 2008 un chico me dijo cosas muy desagradables , yo no la hice caso porque mis amigas que estaban conmigo me dijeron(no le eches cuenta que es mentira tu ni estas gorda ni… ) entonces pasé , pero conforme pasaba el tiempo yo me acordaba de lo que me dijo .veía a chicas mas delgadas que yo… etc y empecé a dejar de comer dulces , entonces a mi madre le pareció bien porque al fin y al cabo no son buenos.Antes de navidad fui con mi madre a comprarme ropa y veía que las tallas pequeñas no me quedaban como yo quería y me seguía viendo igual después de haber dejado de comer dulces … y ahí fue donde me puse peor y empecé a verme rara ; me miraba mucho en el espejo , me llevaba todo el día probándome ropa de otros años… etcLlegaron las navidades y cada vez estaba más delgada y mi familia de preocupaba mucho por mi porque no solo no comí ningún bombón s i no que comía poquís imo.

En reyes toda la ropa me quedaba grande y estaba muy contenta “aunque en realidad no debía de es tarlo” y pensé que s i en navidades no comí mucho y perdí peso pues que s i comía menos adelgazaría más.Cuando terminaron las vacaciones de navidad y volví al instituto , mis amigas/os y profesores me decían que tuviera cuidado y que me quedara tal y como estaba que ya estaba bien . Y no hacía caso , decía que quería perder un poco más… A partir de ahí ; me pesaba todos los días , me informaba en Internet de dietas para no engordar y cada vez que iba a la compra con mi madre , cogía el pan de molde integral que tuviera menos calorías… todo lo que menos calorías tuviera y s i en casa tenía algún producto con una caloría más me llevaba todo el día pensando que iba a engordar..Después , cuando comía me llevaba todo el día mirándome la barriga y me veía más gorda después de almorzar y después de cenar. Entonces también dejé de cenar.

En clase s iempre estaba hablando de comida “que s i he comido esto , o que esto engorda… ” y mis amigas me seguían diciendo que tuviera cuidado que cada vez estaba más delgada. Mi tutora me mandó a la orientadora del instituto, y ella me decía lo mismo y que me mantuviera que no perdiera más peso y me daba como una terapia. Pero cuando llegaba a casa no hacía caso , comía igual. As í pasaba el tiempo y cada vez estaba más delgada y muy mal de ánimo; salía con mis padres o amigas /os y s iempre de mal humor , porque tenía hambre y no comía por no engordar .Por las noches lloraba mucho porque yo misma quería cambiar pero estaba tan metida en eso que sola no podía, entonces me informé en Internet de lo que era la enfermedad , la anorexia y tenía todos los s íntomas menos uno que era el verme gorda ,que ya cuando había perdido tanto peso me veía más delgada pero tenía un miedo espantoso a poner tan solo 100 gramos.Entonces le pedí ayuda a mi madre, ella me llevó al ps icólogo, allí me pesaron y hablaron conmigo y me vieron mal , entonces, me mandaron al hospital Vázquez Díaz al área de ps iquiatría, la 5º planta; allí también me pesaron, hablaron conmigo y luego con mis padres , me hicieron analíticas… y

viendo que no solo perdí 18 kilos s ino que había perdido toda la masa muscular entonces mi ps iquiatra y mi enfermero me dieron la mala noticia que me iban a dejar ingresada ; tenia que ir de 9 d la mañana a 9 de la noche e iba en ambulancia que me recogía y me dejaba en casa. S e lo dije a mis amigas /os y a mi familia llorando, todos me apoyaron. Al principio de es tar ingresada lo pasé muy mal porque cada vez que comía seguía pensando que engordaría pero puse muchís imo de mi parte, empecé a comer con la ayuda de mi enfermero, ps iquiatra, y mis compañeras que conocí en el hospital, y mejoré, además estábamos haciendo manualidades y actividades para no pensar en lo nuestro. Poco a poco le fueron dando el alta a mis amigas a las que llegaron antes que yo, a mí, me fueron dando día libres hasta que pasaron 4 meses volando y me dieron el alta, me pasé allí todo el verano pero mereció la pena, y aunque todas las noches llegaba tarde a casa mi mejor amigo me esperaba allí y hablábamos hasta muy tarde, mi mejor amiga fue solo un par de noches a verme y empezó a dejar de llamarme y a darme plantón y era solo por lo pesada que era antes con el tema de la comida pero ella pensaría que yo seguía as í.

Cuando llegó el nuevo curso en el que estoy ahora, todos mis amigos/as se alegraron de verme tan bien pero me di cuenta que el trato con mis amigas del curso anterior no era el mismo que el de antes, solo 3 o 4 amigas y mi mejor amigo me apoyaron desde el 1º día.Lloré mucho porque perdí lo mejor de mi mejor amiga y a muchas más pero es to es as í fue culpa mía por caer en eso, pero por lo menos ya es toy recuperada que es lo que más importa. Dejar de comer fue la tontería más grande que he hecho en mi vida y me arrepiento muchís imo. Todo esto os lo he contado solo por aquellas chicas que crean que las puedo ayudar porque puedan caer en esto, espero que leyendo esto aprendáis la lección como yo la he aprendido, no hay que echar cuenta de ningún comentario porque cada uno es como es , no podemos cambiar as í porque s í y ser algo que queremos y no podemos ser. Para algunas esto les parecerá un rollo pero para que veáis yo he perdido a muchas amigas pero es te año nadie me va a fastidiar el curso porque se acabaron los comentarios y que a nadie se le pase por la cabeza cambiar por un chico porque s i un chico te quiere de verdad tendrá que aceptarte tal y como eres no solo por el fís ico. Quien neces ite desahogarse porque tenga algo parecido que habla conmigo que Tengo experiencia y soy un buen ejemplo porque he salido de es to bien y puedo ayudar a las demás.

And what do you like least?I don’t like when you order a drink, it’s very small. Jaja!!

Have you ever met a famous person?Yes, my father works at a radio station so I go to a lot of concerts and some times I get to meet some famous singers. Keith Urban for example. 

 

What’s your favourite city in USA? My favourite city is Madison, it’s where I went to university , it is very fun, the people are friendly and there are always lots of things to do. 

What do you think about Spanish Education System? Is it better than yours at USA?I think it’s different. I think here is harder to go to university because you have to take more exams and it’s easier to fail than in USA.

Is it very different Spain from the USA?Yes. Here people seem appreciate the life and the family. In USA people works a lot more.

Cricket is played on village greens and in towns/cities on Sundays from April to August. The rules of cricket became the responsibility,in the 18th century, of the Marylebone Cricket Club(MCC), based atLord’s cricket ground in north London.

How to play Cricket Teams are made up of11 players each.They play with a ball slightlysmaller than a baseball and a bat shaped like a paddle.Two batters stand in front of wickets, set about 20 meters apart. Each wicket consists of three wooden Rods (stumps) pushed into the ground, with two small pieces of wood(bails) balanced on top.

EL NIÑO CON EL PIJAMA DE RAYAS

La película es muy fiel a la novela. Es ta ambientada en la época nazi de la segunda guerra mundial. El drama trata sobre un niño que vive en Berlín y de repente se tiene que mudar a otra casa que se encuentra en Auchviz debido a que al padre, que es soldado nazi, lo mandan a un campo deconcentración. Allí Bruno ,el niño protagonis ta de 8 años, se encuentra muy solo porque no tiene a nadie con quien jugarhasta que conoce a un niño de su misma edad llamado S hmuel, que lleva un extraño uniforme parecido a un pijama de rayas .

El niño parece vivir en una granja con otras personas que vis ten con el mismo uniforme, pero en realidad se trata de un campo de concentración.

Entonces, es tablecen una gran amistad, que se verá influenciada por el trabajo y las creencias del padre.

Os recomiendo que veáis es ta película, ya que es bastante entretenida y esta muy bien ambientada a la época.

vista en España con audiencias que casi llegan

a los 5 millones de espectadores.

CSI (Crime Scene Investigation) es una serie de

ficción estadounidense que se centra en torno

a un grupo de científicos forenses que trabaja

en la ciudad norteamericana de Las Vegas

(Nevada) investigando los crímenes que en ella

suceden. La serie mezcla argumentos de novela

y cine negro, con la investigación científica

necesaria para encontrar pruebas que iluminen

crímenes oscuros, además de sumar historias

de interésético entre los investigadores

y las victimas.
