Nowadays, the anti-shrinkage wool industrial

processing procedure is to chloridize the wool

using chloride, Hypochlorite solution, or

chlorinating agent such as DCCA. During the

procedure, however, it generates AOX which

greatly endangers the environment.

与其他生物酶处理相比，加工过程快速，生物酶处理时间短，适合快速连续化处理。加工过程可简单描述为：

毛条→预处理→生物酶和活化剂处理→特殊洗涤→生物酶灭活及水洗→功能性处理→柔软处理→烘干→成球

车速控制范围： 4～6m/min

The method is faster in processing and shorter in bio-enzyme

treatment than other method. Its procedure can be illustrated as

following:

Wool top pre-treatment bio-enzyme and activator

special washing bio-enzyme inactivation and water

washing functioning treatment softness treatment

drying and balling

After treatment using the method,

the area shrinkage of wool tested by

TM31 (5X5A) is limited within 0~ -8,

fully satisfied the market demand. All

physical indexes are not big difference

with chloride-treated wool.
