Evolution 发展进程 1971- UCPC (ULD Control and Procedures Committee) Founded by IATA for

tracking interlined ULDs. 1971- UCPC(ULD控制与规程委员会), 由IATA创建，用于跟踪中转集装设备。

1988- UCPC becomes IULDUG, an IATA Interest Group, autonomous, self-funded and with its own governance. 1988- UCPC 变为IULDUG，IATA的一个利益集团
