    Nam. Vic cung cp dch v gn lin vi cc cam kt v cht

    lng (SLA) s em n li th cnh tranh ln cho nh khai cung

    cp dch v.

    Tuy nhin vic thc hin cc bin php k thut nhm m bo

    Lun vn ny nghin cu v SLA trong mng 3G v xut p

    dng SLA trn mng ca VNPT. Mc ch ca lun vn l nghincu cc tham s cht lng no cn a vo SLA; cc bin php

    Trong chng ny, lun vn gii thiu tng quan v SLA, cc vn

    v qun l gim st SLA. Chng ny cng a ra phng

    php lun cho vic xc nh cc tham s cht lng cn a ra

    trong SLA.

    CUE (Cadenus UMTS extension) cho vic trin khai SLA trong

    mng 3G ca VPT.

    CHNG II: NG DNG SLA TRONG MNG

    DI NG 3G

    Ni dung chng 2 tp trung vo hai ni dung chnh l: nghincu v cc tham s cht lng dch v cho cc dch v trn 3G v

    cc phng thc nhm m bo cht lng dch v trong mng

    3G. Phn u ca chng s i vo nghin cu kin trc QoS;

    2.1 K in trc QoS trn mng di ng 3G-UMTS2.1.1 Kin trc mng di ng 3G-UMTS

    Qua qu trnh nghin cu, phn ny ca lun vn a ra mt s

    TRONG MNG DI NG 3G CA VNPT

    Phn u ca chng ny i vo kho st hin trng v phng

    hng pht trin ca cc mng 3G ca VNPT, t a ra cc

    phn tch, nh gi nng lc ca cc mng ny trong vic thc thi

    SLA. Phn tip theo, lun vn a ra cc khuyn ngh cho vic p
