M UCc mng di ng th h 3 ang c trin khai mnh m ti Vit
Nam. Vic cung cp dch v gn lin vi cc cam kt v cht
lng (SLA) s em n li th cnh tranh ln cho nh khai cung
cp dch v.
Tuy nhin vic thc hin cc bin php k thut nhm m bo
cht lng cho cc dch v khc nhau, cc khch hng khc nhau
theo ng cc cam kt a ra l rt phc tp.i vi cc nh cungcp dch v, vn t ra l: Cam kt ci g? Lm th no thc
thi cc cam kt ? Trong cam kt v cht lng dch v v cc
bin php k thut m bo dch v c a n khch h ng
vi cht lng ng theo nhng g cam kt l n dung c bn
nht.
Lun vn ny nghin cu v SLA trong mng 3G v xut p
dng SLA trn mng ca VNPT. Mc ch ca lun vn l nghincu cc tham s cht lng no cn a vo SLA; cc bin php
k thut no cn thit m bo cc cam kt cht lng trong
mng 3G. gii qut vn , ni dung ca lun vn gm bn

CHNG 1: C CH THA THUN SLA
Trong chng ny, lun vn gii thiu tng quan v SLA, cc vn
v qun l gim st SLA. Chng ny cng a ra phng
php lun cho vic xc nh cc tham s cht lng cn a ra
trong SLA.
1.1Tng quan1.1.1 Cc khi nim v nh nghaService Level Agreement: L mt tha thun chnh thc gia hai

CUE (Cadenus UMTS extension) cho vic trin khai SLA trong
mng 3G ca VPT.

2.1 K in trc QoS trn mng di ng 3G-UMTS2.1.1 Kin trc mng di ng 3G-UMTS
