Viene acquisita la membership EWA (Euro-pean Waterpark Association). Inizio dell’u-tilizzo della nuova tecnologia di produzio-ne in LRTM (Light Resin Transfer Moulding) precedentemente sviluppata nell’industria aerospaziale. Gran parte della produzione viene convertita al processo LRTM.

2014

Primo acquapark a Kos island ( Porto-bello Aquatica waterpark) con il nuovo prodotto “Kite slide”. Viene realizzato il primo acquascivolo coibentato: l’isola-mento termico del canale di scivolamen-to, tramite un sandwich di lana di roccia tra 2 strati di vetroresina, è proposto con superficie esterna finita lucida.

Il mercato inizia a ad espandersi e vengono acquisiti i primi ordini in Germania ed in Italia tra I principali resorts, dove vengono stati installati in un anno 3000 metri lineari di acquascivoli in vetroresina. L’azienda diventa un fornitore primario in Italia nel settore degli acquascivoli in vetroresina.

Progettazione esecutiva e prototipazio-ne dell’acquascivolo “soft shell”,Progettazione esecutiva e prototipa-zione dello “sky box”, nuovo sistema di partenza a ”gravità”, dove l’utilizzatore viene catapultato nel vuoto tramite l’apertura di una speciale botola posta sul pavimento inferiore.

Vengono realizzati i primi parchi acquatici in Italia. Austria, Germania, Russia, Polonia e Kazakhstan sono i primi mercati di espor-tazione per i suoi prodotti in fibra di vetro.Tutti gli articoli prodotti sono testati e verificati da TUV.

Vengono effettuate diverse forniture con acquascivoli speciali per il parco acquatico Caneva situato nelle vicinanze del Lago di Garda. Presso il parco Aqualandia di Jesolo (Vene-zia), viene fornito il canale in vetroresina per il più alto acquascivolo in Europa (“Spacemaker”).

Born the Establishment, a specialized company manufacturing fiberglass wells for pools and technical rooms. Start of tests for manufacture of fiberglass moulds for water slides. Manufacture of the first prototypes of hand-rolled laminated moulds for water slides. First supplies in the compound of Lake Garda.

2007

Dieresin becomes member of EWA mem-ber (European Waterpark Association). Start of the new production technology LRTM (Light Resin Transfer Molding) for closed section, a production process first developed in the aerospace industry. A major part of products range is available in LRTM technology as well.

2014

First waterpark in Kos island ( Portobello Aquatica waterpark) & the new “Kite slide”. Insulated Hydrotubes for winter use enter into production.Made by a sandwich double GRP frame interposed with glass wool in turn. Thus, shining slide’s surfaces outside and special led effects inside.

The market starts a great expansion and the first relevant orders for some major resorts in Germany and Italy, with thou-sands of meters of fiberglass waterslides installed, are achieved. The firm becomes a leading supplier in Italy in the field of fiberglass water slides, providing design and materials.

Our R&D dept. develops and builts the first Looping water slide for tubing in the world: the Dual Loop Tube. Design and realization of children and kidz waterfun areas called “Spray Park” of various sizes, up to 1000 sqm.New LRTM molds increase the options available on the current production range.

All items in the production range are tested and certified by TUV. Dieresin experiences brand new iconic attractions for the big water park Caneva located near Lake Garda. At Aqualandia waterpark in Jesolo (Venice), Dieresin supplies the GRP elements for the highest (38 meters) wa-terslide in Europe (called “Spacemaker”).

SPIN BOWLLa Spin Bowl è una delle attrazioni più eccitanti tra gli acquascivoli a corpo libero. A partire da una piattaforma ad un’altezza tra 8 e 12 metri lo scivolo si sviluppa con un percorso composto da un tratto Idrotubo a forte pendenza - eventualmente equipaggiato con effetti speciali - che permette agli utenti di acquisire una velocità sufficiente a provocare una serie di traiettorie circolari nella “bowl” prima dello splash finale in piscina o in una specifica vasca di arrivo integrata in vetroresina.

SPIN BOWLThe Spin Bowl is one of the most exciting rides among the freestyle water slides. Starting from a platform at a height between 8 and 12 meters the slide develops with a path made up of a sudden steep Hydrotube - possibly equipped with special effects- that allows users to acquire sufficient speed to cause a series of circular paths in the “bowl” before the final splash in the pool or in a specific integrated landing pool in fiberglass.

FOAML’acquascivolo “Foam” è un’attrazione acquatica a piste multiple con un percorso ricco di ondulazioni, lungo le quali più utenti contemporaneamente possono lanciarsi in sfide avvincenti.La superficie di scivolamento morbida è ottenuta rivestendo il piano di supporto realizzato in calcestruzzo (o in legno lamellare o in acciaio) con un materassino in Polietilene espanso HD a cellula chiusa e telo in pvc rinforzato con trevira. In funzione della larghezza di progetto delle singole corsie, lo scivolo può essere utilizzato a corpo libero, con materassini “mat” oppure con gommoni.

FOAMThe “Foam” waterslide is an aquatic multiple tracks sight with a rich undulating path, along which multiple users can simultaneously launch into exciting challenges.The soft sliding surface is obtained by coating the support surface made of concrete (or laminated wood or steel) with a layer of HD closed cell polyethylene foam and PVC cloth reinforced with Trevira. Depending on the design width of the individual lanes, the chute can be used in freestyle, with mats or rafts.

SQUIDUna delle novità più eccitanti nel mondo degli acquascivoli “racing” è lo “Squid”, composto da 3 / 4 o 6 piste che partono con la sezione idrotubo junior 800 ed uno sviluppo curvilineo situato in modo che, pur avendo raggi diversi, ogni pista abbia la stessa lunghezza in metri fino al punto in cui ritornano ad essere parallele. Tutti gli sfidanti, partiti nello stesso istante su appositi materassini “mat”, in quel momento possiedono la stessa velocità nominale: da lì in poi le piste da tubolari si trasformano in sezioni aperte larghe un metro (Multimille) e procedono parallelamente con un eccitante percorso a forte pendenza fino all’arrivo in frenata (“catch unit”).

SQUIDOne of the most exciting news in the water slides “racing world” is the “Squid”, comprised of 3/4 or 6 tracks that start with the section Hydrotube junior 800 and a curvilinear extension located so that, despite having different radii, each track has the same length in meters to the point where they return to be parallel. All challengers, departed at the same time on special mats, at that time have the same rated speed: from then on the slides turn from tubular into open sections one meter wide (Multimille) and run parallel with an exciting steep path until the braking in the catch-unit.

L’acquascivolo “Water Roller Coaster” è un “must have” per un grande parco acquatico. È dedicato ai più temerari ma offre altrettante emozioni anche ai semplici spettatori. Può arrivare ad altezze vertiginose, fino a 25 metri. La discesa si fa a coppie, a bordo di gommoni speciali che raggiungono alte velocità, con un eccitante salto finale in tutta sicurezza.

BLACK CANNONThe “Black Cannon” waterslide is made up of an initial path that imparts a strong acceleration to the user and subsequently leads to slip on a concrete surface covered in expanded closed cell polyethylene and reinforced curtain, a real launch pad for the exciting jump in the pool.It also consists of two parallel runways that can be used with closed or open section tube for exciting challenges head to head.Due to its specificity it can be used freestyle only.

Con vari sviluppi e soluzioni possibili garantisce alte velocità e tanta adrenalina in tutta sicurezza. Un’attrazione che non può assolutamente mancare in un parco acquatico degno di questo nome.

DUAL SPIN BOWLIl Dual Spin Bowl è una delle attrazioni più divertenti tra gli acquascivoli e l’emozione della discesa si vive su gommoni biposto. A partire da una piattaforma di altezza variabile tra 13 e 16 metri circa il percorso è composto da un tratto ad Idrotubo Giant 1400 a forte pendenza - eventualmente attrezzato con effetti speciali - che immette successivamente l’utilizzatore all’interno di una trottola (Space Bowl), la cui conformazione e pendenza interna consentono di acquistare una velocità sufficiente a provocare una serie di percorsi circolari prima dello splash finale in piscina o in una specifica vasca di arrivo in vetroresina.

DUAL SPIN BOWLDual Spin Bowl is one of the most entertaining attractions among water slides and the thrill of the descent is faced on two-seat rafts. Starting from a variable height platform from 13 to 16 meters circa, the path is composed of a part of steep slope Hydrotube Giant 1400 - possibly equipped with special effects - that subsequently enters the user inside of a spinning top (Space Bowl ), whose conformation and internal slope allow you to reach a speed sufficient to cause a series of circular paths before the final splash in the pool or in a specific arrival tub in fiberglass.

SOFT SHELLTo the fun offered from the Hydrotube D1400, to experiment on your own or with company on rafts along intricate paths, which always gives new surprises (thanks also to the possibility to mount special light effects, such as water jets, curtains, sprays etc., to the translucency of the slides or conversely, the complete darkness of the version “Black Hole”), we add 2 or more “soft shells” during the slide: structures uniquely funnel shaped that instantly transform the set of users from “front running” to oscillatory, up to resume the classic slip into the next Hydrotube trait.

Wave Ride Wave Ride è una delle attrazioni estreme per eccellenza nel mondo degli acquascivoli. Sul wave ride gli equipaggi, a bordo di gommoni doppi, si lanciano lungo una pista larga dalla pendenza mozzafiato e quando raggiungono il punto più basso, sono forzati a continuare la scivolata in contropendenza, fino a raggiungere il limite superiore della pista, alla stessa altezza della partenza. Da quel punto, per gravità, gli equipaggi, invertendo la direzione di marcia, risalito un dosso, imboccano ad alta velocità il tratto finale per raggiungere le vasche di arrivo in frenata.

Wave RideWave Ride is one of the most extreme attractions in the world of waterslides. On the Wave Ride the crews, boarding on double-seat rafts, throw themselves along a wide trail of breathtaking slides and when they reach the lowest point, they are forced to continue the slide in counterslope, to reach the upper limit of the track, at the same height departure. From that point, by gravity, the crews, reversing the driving direction, climbed a hill, high-speed start off on the final stretch to reach the arrival tanks during braking.

KITE SLIDEThe “Kite Slide” water slide is one of the new ideas developed by the R&D department of the New Dieresin Contract and it is able to ensure strong emotions.Starting from a height of about 13 meters, accelerating over two-seats rafts along a steep initial section, and then immediately after counterslope back along the other side and then continue along a wide area specially designed with long and continuous fluctuations as in a stormy sea, until the final splash in the water or to the continuation of the path in a subsequent Big River opened section.

KITE SLIDEL’acquascivolo “Kite Slide” è una delle nuove idee sviluppate dal reparto R&D della New Dieresin Contract ed è in grado di assicurare forti emozioni.Partendo da un’altezza di circa 13 metri, si accelera su gommoni biposto lungo un tratto iniziale a forte pendenza, per poi subito dopo risalire in contropendenza lungo il lato opposto e continuare quindi a percorrere un’ampia superficie appositamente progettata con lunghe e continue oscillazioni come in un mare in tempesta, fino allo splash finale in acqua o alla continuazione del percorso in un successivo tratto aperto Big River.

T-REXL’acquascivolo T-Rex offre ad adulti e ragazzi le stesse forti sensazioni di una emozionante discesa “rafting” lungo un torrente impetuoso.La sezione del canale di ben 3 metri di larghezza permette l’utilizzo con gommoni circolari fino a 6 posti per vivere grandi emozioni in compagnia.Nella versione “King of the Hill” lo sviluppo dello scivolo permette, compatibilmente con le pendenze consentite dalla normativa, di seguire l’andamento naturale del terreno per mimetizzarlo al meglio nell’ambiente.

Un brivido in tutta sicurezza dove si sfiorano a corpo libero i 90 km/h circondati da innumerevoli spruzzi d’acqua. La discesa termina con uno splash down con un lungo tratto in frenata (catch unit).Il “thrilling rate” di questa attrazione, già elevato, può essere ulteriormente incrementato montando il sistema di partenza a caduta per gravità “Sky Diver Box”.

LOOPINGDieresin entered the extreme world of “looping” as well.As the name suggests, the attraction offers a great thrill given the speed that the user reaches after the sudden initial acceleration and the next loop the loop. SKY DIVERL’Acquascivolo Sky Diver rappresenta una novità assoluta tra i prodotti della New Dieresin. Disponibile in due versioni, Freefall e Revolution, con altezze di partenza diverse (attorno ai 12-14 metri) regala un’emozione unica grazie soprattutto alla partenza “a gravità”, che regala la vera sensazione di cadere in verticale nel vuoto per un tratto di alcuni metri dopo l’apertura di una speciale botola a doppia paratia posizionata nella cabina di partenza (“sky Diver Box”). Questo sistema è stato sviluppato dal nostro reparto R&D con l’obiettivo di garantire assoluta sicurezza d’uso e, anche grazie ai sensori ed ai sistemi elettronici che equipaggiano il Box di partenza, una superiore semplicità di gestione.

SKY DIVERThe Sky diver water slide is a great novelty among the products of the New Dieresin. Available in two versions, Freefall and Revolution, with different initial heights (around 12-14 meters) it offers a unique experience thanks to “Gravity” start, which gives the true sensation of falling vertically into space for a trait of some meters after the opening of a special double bulkhead trapdoor positioned in the starting cabin (“sky Diver Box”). WAVE POOLThe system that ensures always the maximum influx of people and maximum enjoyment for families is the wave pool, consisting of a tank with variable depth from ca 1.6 / 1.8 up to 0 meters in the fan-shaped enlarged area , built as a shoreline where the artificially generated waves go crashing.The generation pneumatic system uses high-power centrifugal fans to push high volumes of air through manifolds and compression chambers prompting a wave motion of variable lengths and frequencies, which spreads in a controlled manner in the whole tank.The system is managed by a “PLC” specifically programmed to diversify the wave motion effects for characteristics and durability.
