Custom Crating And Boxing• Custom crates/boxes to meet customers specification

•Reusable crates/boxes made with clamps, latches, screws, bolts, etc.

•Show & exhibit boxes are made to meet all specifications

•Electronics/medical equipment, etc. packed with different density foams, etc.

Container Projects•Loading/ trans-loading 20’, 40’, high cube, open top and flat rack containers

•Blocking and bracing

•Containers meet full compliance with the regulations pertaining to all countries

On Location Projects•We design and plan to satisfy you and your customer’s requirements

•We pre-fab for delivery to your job site, or we build customized crating for your unique cargo to prep for transportation

•Our Mobile Packing Team arrives fully equipped to stay for the duration from prep to clean-up

•Our Mobile Packing Team will stay for one day or one month or until your project is complete.



Hazardous Material Packing and Storage•We can handle all your Dangerous Goods packing needs. We meet all UN specifications for hazardous material packing according to IATA/ICAO, IMO and the DOT.

•Level H-3 Hazardous Materials warehouse facility in full compliance with all federal, state, county, and municipality ordinances governing fire and safety regulations that are applicable to the warehouse storage and movement of flammable, combustible, corrosive and oxidizer chemicals, (specifically located in the City of Houston, and Harris County, Texas).

•18,000 S.F. provides storage for controlled, segregated storage room for combustible and flammable liquids, a segregated area for oxidizers and a “common” room for all other classes of chemicals.

•Certified Agents in the following specialties for Dangerous Goods Storage and Transportation:

• International Air Transportation Association (IATA) – transport by air

• International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) – transport by air

• International Maritime Organization (IMO) - transport via ocean

• Department of Transportation (DOT) - transport by ground, air and ocean (domestic)

• Radioactive Materials by Air

Special HandlingVacuum Packing• For all items exposed to rain, condensation, high humidity, high temperature and/or fine dust, we recommend using MIL.B131H ; a barrier bag for material with16-unit desiccant bags per 14 cu. ft.

• Recommended all surfaces subject to corrosion be treated with a protective coating inhibitor.

•Materials used in crating and containers meet USDA certifications for special materials such as yellow pine, structural panels, plywood veneers
