La nostra Storia

Da quasi 30 anni Tesar progetta erealizza trasformatori di potenzainglobati in resina.Fondata nel 1980 come società delgruppo Eni, realizza per prima in Italia latecnica dell'inglobamento in resina deitrasformatori.Successivamente estende la gamma diproduzione ai trasformatori di misura.Oggi grazie all'attuale proprietà, gruppoSarel, Tesar è leader a livellointernazionale con elevati standard diricerca e di innovazione tecnologica.

The Story

Tesar has been designing andmanufacturing Cast Resin Transformers formore than 30 years.Tesar company was established in 1980as a member of Eni Group, and it was firstItalian company to carry out thetechnique of resin casting fortransformers.Later, its production range was enlargedalso to measurement transformers.Nowadays, having become part of SarelGroup, Tesar is one of the worldwideleading companies, with high researchand technology innovation standards.

> NUCLEO MAGNETICOIl nucleo è costituito da lamierini magnetici a cristalli orientati ed a basseperdite specifiche.La particolare lavorazione denominata"STEP-LAP" contribuisce a garantire untrasformatore con basse perdite, minimilivelli di rumore e di vibrazioni.

> THE MAGNETIC COREThe core is made by grain-oriented magneticsteel sheets having low specific losses.The "step-lap" cutting technology reducesto the minimum the losses, the sound leveland the vibration.

> PROTEZIONE CONTRO ISOVRACCARICHI

Il trasformatore è fornito di tretermoresistenze Pt 100, collocateall'interno di ciascun avvolgimento BTper consentire il collegamento di un relèdi protezione e controllo dellatemperatura di funzionamento(opzionale).

The transformer is supplied with 3 PT100thermo resistors, inside each LV winding,to be connected to a temperature controlunit (optional).

> TAP CHANGERusually the primary windings are fittedwith a 5 position tap changer ±2 x 2.5%.Other values are available on request.

> SOVRATEMPERATUREla temperatura ambiente di norma nonsupera i 40°C ed il trasformatore standardha pertanto sovratemperature degliavvolgimenti pari a 100 K.I trasformatori Tesar possono essereprogettati per essere installati in luoghicon temperatura ambiente fino a 55°C.

> TEMPERATURE RISEThe ambient temperature usually doesn'texceed 40°C and the standard transformerhas temperature rise of the windings notexceeding 100 K. Tesar transformers canbe designed for installation in places withhigher ambient temperature up to 55°C

> PRESSIONE ACUSTICAI trasformatori di distribuzione Tesar hannolivelli di pressione acustica molto contenuti,da 48 a 66 dB(A).
