The parish Annual General Meeng (AGM) will be held this year on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, following the evening Mass. The graphic on reverse side of this page is meant to exemplify all parish organizaons/ groups/commiees including a brief summary of their key acvies over the year. At the meeng, each parish organizaon/group/commiee will be represented and prepared to answer your quesons and elaborate on their acvies. This meeng will not only be an opportunity to acknowledge last year’s accomplishments, but also an occasion to consider the opportunies that the upcoming year will be offering. We are parcularly excited about the following: Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Organizations, Groups and Committees The Holy Father’s connued emphasis on the promoon of the New Evangelizaon The Holy Father’s declaraon of the Jubilee Year of Divine Mercy, and Upcoming celebraons in 2017 for our parish’s 50th anniversary. It is our intenon to spend me at the meeng sharing your ideas about how our parish will be moving forward in the upcoming year. If you are unable to aend, we invite you to share any thoughts and ideas with any member of the Parish Council, or if you prefer to submit them in wring to the parish office. Keeping in mind that according to the Archbishop’s Pastoral Vision for Parishes, a healthy parish should be aenve to the following: Faith Educaon Sacramental and Liturgical Life Sense of Belonging Co-responsibility in our parish Involement in Society Financial Organizaon and Relaonship with the Archdiocesan and the Universal Church Recognizing that no single iniatve touches upon all seven categories, when discussing the two quesons listed below, consider how any parcular iniave supports one or more of the categories. 1. How do you see the parish supporng these events/ themes over the next five years? (Please provide specific suggesons, strategies, and acvies to enrich the life of the parish.) 2. How might parishioners benefit from your giſts in bringing these to life?

At the meeting, each parish organization/group/committee will be represented and prepared to answer your questions and elaborate on their activities. This meeting will not only be an opportunity to acknowledge last year’s accomplishments, but also an occasion to consider the opportunities that the upcoming year will be offering.
