1 ドブ漬け亜鉛メッキのボルト・ナットの場合、ナットと対になっていないボルトは相手がタップ穴の場合になるので、ドブ漬け亜鉛メッキ処理後にネジ部の加工が必要となる。

Hot Dipped Galvanized Bolt and Nut (1)

1. As to the hot dipped galvanized bolt and nut

which are supplied as one pair, there is no

need of the additional machining for thread,

because the manufacturer supplies bolt and

nut after connecting them.

2. However, if considering the case that only

the dipped galvanized bolts are supplied, it

means that those bolts are used for the

tapped holes. Therefore, the additional

machining will be required after galvanizing

in this case.

2 ドブ漬け亜鉛メッキのボルト・ナットの場合は、ナットをドブ漬け亜鉛メッキ用のナットがあり、勘合時に問題が出ないように大きめのネジ寸法となっている。

Hot Dipped Galvanized Bolt and Nut (2)

In case of the hot dipped galvanized bolt and nut,

the nut which has larger dimension of thread is

used so that the hot dipped galvanized bolt and

nut can be connected without problem.

3 ６角ボルト材料は、サイズが大きくなると長さが１０ｍｍ単位でしかない。それ以外の寸法は特殊となる。頭なしのずん切りボルトは関係なし

Standard Length of Hexagon Bolt

As to the hexagon bolt, the standard length** of

bolt is as follows:

1) Length up to 100mm : 10mm, 15mm,20mm ．．．90mm, 95mm, 100mm

2) Length over 100mm: 110mm, 120mm, 130mm, 140mm ．．．．．．

In case of the threaded rod, there is not the

standard length as abovementioned.

standard length**: The bolt length which is

available as commercial product.

5 リングガスケットの外径（Ｄ）と内径（ｄ）

リングガスケットの外径（Ｄ）は、フランジボルトのＰＣＤからボルトサイズ分を差し引いた寸法となるリングガスケットの内径（ｄ）は、フランジボルトがフランジボルト穴の一番外側に取り付いた状態でも配管内にガスケットがはみ出ない寸法となる

Inside Dia. (d) is to be the dimension which the

inner side of the ring gasket does not stick out

to inside of the pipe at the condition when the

flange bolt contacts with the bottom of the bolt

hole of the flange.

6 製作納期についてＭ２４以下は、特殊ボルトでない限り納期約１週間（材料在庫）Ｍ２７以上は、材料の在庫もない状態と考えられるので一からの製作となる。納期は約３週間～１ヶ月を考えておくこと

Delivery Time

1. Bolt smaller than M24

Delivery time is about one week if the bolt is

not special specification (Because, bolts are

stocked.)

2. Bolt larger than M27

Deliver time is considered to be about three

weeks to one month because the required

bolt will be manufactured newly.

7 ボルト締付トルクボルトの締付トルクを上げる場合（緩み防止）の方法として、材質変更がある。・ＳＳ４００　→　ＳＣＭ４３５＊注意事項として、ナット（タップ穴）側の材質についても注意が必要で、ＳＳ材では問題とならないが、ＦＣ材の時は母材損傷の可能性あり。

Tightening Torque of Bolt

The tightening torque of bolt can be increased by

changing the material of the bolt:

For example:

SS400 → SCM435

(Note)

In this case, pay attention to the material of nut

and the base metal for tapped hole.

In case that the base metal for tapped hole is FC,

there is a possibility that the base metal will be

damage due to the strength difference of

materials between bolt and nut.
