1 コンテナのサイズは２種類（海外輸送）

・ コンテナの大きさは２０フィートと４０フィートの大きさのものがある。

・ ２０ ：幅２ｍﾌ ｨ ｰ ﾄ × 高さ２ｍ× 奥行き６ｍ（容積２４ｍ3(実容積約２０ｍ3)）

・ ４０ ：幅２ｍﾌ ｨ ｰ ﾄ × 高さ２ｍ× 奥行き12 ｍ（容積４８ｍ3(実容積約４４ｍ3)）

Size of Container (Overseas Transportation)

1. There are two sizes of containers, 20 feet

container and 40 feet container.

2. Dimensions of 20 feet container

: 2m width x 2m height x 6m depth (Total

volume 24m3 (Effective volume 20m3) )

3. Dimensions of 40 feet container

: 2m width x 2m height x 12m depth (Total

volume 48m3 (Effective volume 44m3) )

2 混載便について

・梱包サイズが小さい場合、コンテ ナ に 混 載 し て 送 る こ と が ある。この場合現地積み卸し港での通関・引き取りが遅れる場合がある。積み込まれている場所によってはなかなか出てこない（順番が回ってこない）状況となる。

・ 日本での積み込み作業には問題ないが、海外での積み込み作業がある場合、荷物を乱雑に扱われる可能性あり。また積み出し時にフォークなどで梱包や製品損傷の可能性が高くなる。

・ コンテナを貸し切る場合、コンテナ容量の約５割以上あれば混載より安くなる。

Consolidated Shipment

1. When the size of the packing is small, there

is a case that the packing is delivered by

consolidated shipment. In this case, there is

a case that custom clearance and receiving

cargo at the port of arrival will be delayed.

Because, there is a possibility that unloading

of the packing will be delayed, depending on

the place where the packing is loaded in

ship.

2. When the ship stops at another ports rather

than Japan on the way to the destination

port, there is a possibility that the packing

will be handled sloppily during the loading of

other packing at foreign ports. Meanwhile,

the possibility that the packing or goods

itself is damaged by forklift at the time of

unloading becomes high.

3. When charter the whole space of the

container, the charter cost will be cheaper

than the cost for consolidated shipment if

the volume of the packing is more than 50%

of the volume of the container.

Import consumption tax (5%) is imposed on all

インボイス価格に対して掛かる。輸出製品の持ち帰りに対しては、輸出時の輸出許可通知書とインボイスがあれば日本輸出品の返送ということで、この“ 輸入消費税” （５％）が免除される。しかしながら輸出許可通知書とインボイスが無かったり、金額が違っていたりすると製品が日本製であることを証明する製品製造証明書が必要となる。この製品製造証明書には、部門長以上の角印・丸印が必要となる。ちなみに枚方製造所では、ＰＥ部長しか角印・丸印を持っていない。

On the other hand, as to the exported good

which is brought back from the abroad, import

consumption tax (5%) is exempted, because it

will be treated as returned goods which was

exported from Japan, by presenting the

notification of permission to export and the

invoice.

However, the certificate for product

manufacturing, which proves that the returned

goods were made in Japan, is required for the

following cases:

1) There is not the notification of permission for

export and thee is not the invoice.

2) There is a mistake in the amount of the

invoice.

Concerning the certificate for product

manufacturing, square seal and round seal of the

person who is in the position higher than general

manager is required.

4 インボイス価格は、各プロジェクトのＢＱ リスト価格から決める。ＢＱリスト価格は製品製作から現地据付運転までの金額となっているので、海上輸送時のインボイス価格は８０～９０％とする。（税金還付があるかどうかなどを考慮すること。）

Invoice Amount (1)

The invoice amount shall be determined based

on BQ List for each project.

The amount in BQ List includes all the cost

required for manufacturing, installation and

commissioning at the site, therefore, the invoice

amount shall be 80% to 90% of BQ amount.

(Consider if tax is refunded.)

5 ＢＱ リスト価格と実際の購入価格が大きく違う場合は、海上輸送時の保険掛け金に注意すること。（通関用のインボイスと保険用のインボイスを分けることが出来る）

Invoice Amount (2)

When there is large difference between BQ price

and actual purchasing price, pay attention to the

amount of insurance for marine transportation.

(It is possible to prepare separate invoices, one is

for custom clearance and the other is for

insurance.)

6 テロの影響により危険物（塗料などの 引 火 物 ） に 対 し て 、 輸 送 機 関（船、航空）のチェックが厳しくなっている。

現地タッチアップ用塗料を出荷したときに、船会社より引火点ごとに梱包を分けるように指示を受けた。これにより１缶ずつの輸出梱包となった

＊ 三菱倉庫の見解

この時の担当輸送業者ではなかったので、詳細経緯は分からないが、２３℃ 以下（２２℃ かもしれない）の引火点危険物に対しては輸送状態の検査が必要となる場合があるので、指示が出された可能性がある。通常はそこまで要求されないので、塗料はＵＮ缶に入れて別梱包し、ＭＳＤＳを提出すれば一括梱包にて輸送できる。参考として、航空輸送にて危険物を輸送する場合は２４時間保管（指定倉庫にて）が義務づけられているので、緊急を要する場合注意が必要。

When paints for touch-up were shipped, ship

company instructed us to separate packing

depending on the flash points of each paint.

In accordance with the above, each can of paint

was packed in each export packing.

＊ Opinion of Mitsubishi Warehouse

1. The detailed background of instruction by

ship company is unknown, it is supposed that

such instruction was given because there is a

case that packing inspection for explosives

and combustibles is required, if the flash

points of those materials are less than 23℃

or 22℃.

2. Usually, there is not such instruction.

Therefore, the paints can be shipped by

taking the following procedure:

1)Pack them in one packing after canned

each paint in separate UN can.

2)And submit MSDS.

3. On the other hand, it is obliged to store the

explosives and combustibles at designated

warehouse for 24hours when the explosives

and combustibles are delivered by air freight.

Therefore, note the above in case of

emergent delivery is required.
