1 塗料の現場作業性について

フタル酸樹脂塗料とエポキシ樹脂塗料とでは、エポキシ樹脂塗料の方が硬化剤の入っている分、現場での作業性（重ね塗り）が良い

2 タッチアップペイントの取り扱いについて

・現地での配管現物合わせがあり、現地での塗料調達ができない現場では基本的にタッチアップペイントを準備する。

　ただし出荷時には危険物扱いとなるため、事前に出荷品として準備しなければ製品（ポンプなど）と一 緒 に 出 荷 で き な く な る 場 合 あり。

　いつも輸送船舶が危険物を輸送できる船であるとは限らない。また危険物のスペースが確保されているとも限らない。

・しかしながらテロ対策で危険物を船舶輸送することに対して船会社が拒否する場合やタッチアップペイントを個々に梱包させられたりする場合があるので、別送にして航空便で現地へ送る方が手間を掛けず、スムーズに輸送できる場合もある。⇒工程管理課の担当とよく相談すること。

Delivery of Touchup Paint

1. When the specified paints are not available

in the county of the project site, the touchup

paints shall be delivered from Japan (or other

countries).

2. The paints are regarded as the

combustibles, therefore, there is a case that

the touchup paints cannot be delivered

together with the products such as the

pumps if the necessary preparations and

arrangements are not taken in advance.

3. In this connection, note that:

1) There is a case that ship which can transport

the combustibles is not timely available at

the time of delivery of the touchup paints.

2) Even if such ship is available at the time of

delivery, there is a case that there is no more

space in the ship for our touchup paints.

4. On the other hand, there is a case that the

delivery of the touchup paint by airfreight

can be better and smooth way without taking

time because there will be the following

cases:

1) The ship company does not accept

transportation of the touchup paints for

counterterrorism.

2) The ship company requests separate packing

for each paint.
