Brushman India Pvt. Ltd, India – Salon Manager (Aug 2006 – Oct 2007)
Brushman India is a leading manufacturer of paintbrushes and distributor of hair cosmetic products in India. A national network of 2200 distributors and 1000 sub-‐dealers gives Brushman one of the strongest distribution networks in India in the salon and cosmetics business.
Led the introduction of new cosmetic brands in a new geographic market with specific responsibility to develop and execute strategies for brand promotion and customer attraction. This created brand recognition thereby increasing revenues by over 50%.
Successfully managed inventory planning based on current sales and forecasts. This ensured operational excellence, resulted in enhanced customer satisfaction and allowed aggressive implementation of promotional activities.

NAFARI is an autonomous, not for profit sharing organisation providing various services in Food Analysis, Consultancy and trainings for the Food Industry in India. NAFARI has a nationally accredited laboratory for Chemical and Microbiological Analyses of food products.
Conducted training in specialised food analysis increasing the visibility of NAFARI amongst the food and beverage industry.
Conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis of standardised tests to determine physical and chemical properties of food and beverage products. The analysis ensured that the products conformed 100% to national and international standards like FDA and USDA.
Managed sensory evaluation tests to determine palatability and customer appeal of the food product adding another testing parameter to the analyses done by NAFARI thereby creating new business opportunities.
First Fitness Health Centre – Part time – Dietician (May 2005 – Apr 2006)
