Tuyere remote monitoring system
1. System outline
Blast furnace and Corex process made molten iron have several tuyres to circle
direction at bottom level, supply high temperature combustion air and pulverizing
coal through tuyeres. It will produce molten iron by making conbustion at high
temperature through tuyeres.
Tuyeres of main process will be always observed through pipe line by operator at
site and automatic remote monitoring.
Video camera unit will be installed at tuyere end and operator can observes inside
tuyere through it and digital video processor unit will be installed,convert video
signal by digital transmission unit and operator can see normal or abnormal
condition inside tuyere through visual monitor at operating room and all tuyere
conditions can be seen.
