United East Projects LLC is established in the year 2001 to cater the needs of the Sultanate fast growing economy and local industries. UEP has carved a niche for itself in the construction business by successfully executing the Civil Construction works and the expertise and experience in the areas of Operations Maintenance and Manpower Management in fields related to Civil, & Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas Services, Road & Bridge Construction, Car Rental, Trading and other Infrastructure Facilities.

UEP has served clients around the Gulf region, including the Sultanate of Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia & United

Arab Emirates. Today, we have grown from a humble beginning of 50 employees to a strength of approximately

1,000 to exert efforts to organize different kinds of technically experienced professionals and management

personnel to provide support service in terms of our client requirements. We look into comprises of a diverse

range of strategically positioned operating system and associate with our clients to provide the versatility service.

3)Manpower Supply

We deploy Human Resource for all infrastructure facilities e.g. operation of cranes, batching plant JCB, concrete pumps etc. We source best mechanical staff for running of workshops like electro mechanics, petrol/diesel mechanics etc. We also provide staff like foremen, timekeepers, storekeepers, land surveyors, program planning engineers, skilled and semiskilled tradesmen etc. We provide skilled manpower for Casting and Erection of all types of Pre-cast elements such as Wall/ Slab Panels, Beams, Stair Case, Lintels, Manholes etc. The Pre-cast Work also includes running and maintenance of Pre-cast Fabrication Yard. We provide highly experienced and competent workforce for HVAC work including Fixing and Installing air conditioning equipment. They can efficiently undertake electrical jobs both High and Low current. United East Projects is a prominent player in the development of the oil and gas exploration industry with a strong presence in its seismic support services. Since 1997, we have worked with renowned global companies such Veritas, CGG, BGP and WesternGeco in the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Qatar. We established ourselves in the State of Qatar in the year 2005 and were the sole supplier of seismic personnel for Veritas, which were carrying out a seismic acquisition for a period of just over 6 months.

Over the past 4 years, we are supporting Ardiseis with over 600+ skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled personnel from our database of experienced people during the period from 2008 until present who have years of experience in the seismic industry. We also support semi-skilled labour to KAHRAMAA for more than eight months now as well as BGP Arabia Company for ocean bottom survey support services. We do supply oil & gas personnel to ARGAS in Saudi Arabia. We also support our seismic clients logistically through transport, housekeeping and supplies to name a few. Some of the specializations of our seismic crew are listed in the attached file.

Our company is also involved in support and supply for the general oil field. We have a vast database of personnel to suit the oil field industry from light and heavy drivers all trained for remote desert driving including positions such as general hands, welders, mechanic, floor hands to drillers; depending on availability. Through our Oman operations we are supporting Dalma Energy and MB drilling.

United East Projects have an uncompromising commitment to deliver our services to meet the highest performance standards and match the requirement of the most demanding oil exploration and development projects. We emphasize highly on QHSE policies and all our personnel are QHSE trained. We are aware of the standards Gulf Drilling International has set in the oil and gas industry worldwide and are proud to declare that with our present client, we have achieved over 5 million man hours without any Long Term Injury. UEP Automobile Rental Services was established as a complementary service for our clients. With due experience

for the past 3 years, we expanded and are having now set up the automotive rental services as one of our main

fields of expertise. What started with only 4 vehicles and 2 employees have now grown into managing over 60

vehicles.

We are focused on providing our clients with instant personalized service and value for money. Understanding

clients’ needs is what we are all about and 75% of our customers are referrals or return clients. Once you have

used our service you are on our secured computer system for ever. UEP Automobile Rental Services also have a
