A duromer high-pressure laminate based

on natural fibre plates, pressed with

special resin and under high pressure and

temperatures.

For many years this material has proven

purposeful as a high-quality building

material, e.g. in curtain walls.

Special properties:

The meticulously controlled production

Steel Frame

A steel frame made of stainless steel

serves as supporting structure.

Creating an insulating air cushion under

the seating area the steel frame ensures a

comfortable surface temperature of the

laminate plates.

The adhesive on the basis of polyurethan

fixing the frame to the plate is commonly

used in curtain walls.

Ground Fixation

The steel frame is fixed to the

ground by six screws with two plugs.

This threaded joint is designed to prevent

vandalism and can only be unscrewed

with a special tool.

“sistema posto L” è sorto dalla domanda che ci è stata fatta di proporre sedute simili alla “seduta posto” che abbiano il piano di seduta completo di braccioli integrati. Il risultato è una vasta gamma di prodotti che si ispirano a quelli già esistenti nel nostro catalogo. Così, ad esempio, la seduta e i braccioli provengono dagli elementi di costruzione della “panca super”. La struttura dello scatolare è costruita in acciaio inossidabile come per la “seduta posto” ed è stata completata, in opzione, con una seduta e braccioli. Per ragioni d'ergonomia, la profondità di base del “sistema posto L” è sensibilmente più importante che per la “seduta posto”. La parte verticale della base è leggermente più stretta senza per altro nuocere su fluidità e forme delle sedute.

Le résultat est un vaste éventail de produits qui s'inspirent de ceux déjà existants dans notre catalogue. C'est ainsi que, par exemple, les assises et les dossiers proviennent des éléments de construction de "banc super". Le châssis de soubassement est constitué d'acier inoxydable comme pour "seduta posto" et il a été complété, en option, avec un dossier et des accoudoirs. Pour des raisons d'ergonomie, la profondeur d'assise d'" sistema posto L" est sensiblement plus importante que pour "seduta posto". La partie verticale de l'assise est légèrement plus courte sans pour autant nuire à la fluidité des formes du mobilier.

sistema di seduta ho ho Ho ho - rapidamente sulla parete! “ho ho” è costituita da molti moduli che consentono svariate tipologie di applicazioni. Fissaggio semplice e poco complicato, possono essere montate su pareti, recinzioni, gradinate di tribune, sedute e supporti esistenti, ecc.… Grazie a parti di fissaggio specifiche, “ho ho" può anche essere fissata nel calcestruzzo, marmo e granito, senza appoggio o essere installata sulle pareti. Le diverse lunghezze del legno associate ai supporti laterali offrono ampie possibilità di progettazione creazione e di realizzazione. Un dettaglio importante è costituito da una soluzione originale per il fissaggio della base al supporto. Grazie ad una stecca di legno sul bordo frontale prima della seduta, “ho ho” si confonde con l'appoggio e camuffa così gli angoli vivi e sgraziati.

Ho ho - vite sur le mur! "ho ho" est constitué de nombreux modules permettant des applications variées. D'un abord peu compliqué, ils peuvent être montés sur des murs, des marches de tribunes, etc… Grâce à des pièces de fixations spécifiques, "ho ho" peut également être fixé dans le béton sans support ou être installé sur les murs. Les différentes longueurs de bois associées aux montants latéraux offrent de larges possibilités de réalisation et de création. Un détail important est constitué par une solution originale pour le passage de l'assise au dossier. Grâce à une latte de bois sur le rebord avant de l'assise, "ho ho" se confond avec le support et camoufle ainsi les angles vifs et disgracieux.

Stainless round head bolds are fixed with

special countersunk nuts. This threaded

joint is designed to prevent vandalism and

can only be unscrewed with a special

tool.

Elastic Buffer

Rubber buffers (EPDM) protect the laths

against moist from underneath and help

to equalize weather-related variations in

the wood volume.

Ground Fixation

All parts are prepared for being fixed to

the ground.

For the mounting in concrete additional tie

bolts are available at request.

caratteristiche panca quadra "panca quadra" - poids plume. Une apparence robuste et cependant un poids léger. La mise en place du mobilier vient toujours en dernier dans les aménagements extérieurs. Dans les zones particulièrement difficiles d'accès, la mise en place de meubles très lourds est problématique. Grâce à l'utilisation d'un béton en fibre de verre, associé à une construction portante en acier, notre "panca quadra", avec ses 135 kg, 115 kg voire 60 kg, est très facile à manier et peut être utilisé dans des cas de statique délicats tels que des toitures-terrasses, des garages souterrains, etc. L'épaisseur réduite de matériau procure également des avantages thermiques par rapport aux éléments massifs en béton et en pierre - le matériau ne devient pas aussi froid. La surface des éléments en béton est sablée ce qui donne une finition soignée. Le corps creux permet d'y intégrer un éclairage.

“panca quadra„ - Un aspetto robusto e tuttavia un peso leggero. Il posizionamento dei mobili avviene sempre all’ultimo nelle sistemazioni esterne. Nelle zone particolarmente difficili d'accesso, la messa in opera di mobili molto pesanti è problematica. Grazie all'utilizzo di un calcestruzzo in fibra di vetro, associato ad una costruzione portante in acciaio, le nostre “panca quadra”, con i loro 135 kg, 115 kg o 60 kg, sono molto facili da trattare e possono essere utilizzate in casi di statica delicati come tetti e terrazzi, garage sotterranei, ecc. lo spessore ridotto del materiale procura anche vantaggi termici rispetto agli elementi massicci in calcestruzzo ed in pietra - il materiale non diventa così freddo. La superficie degli elementi in calcestruzzo è sabbiata, questo gli dà una finitura curata ed elegante. Il corpo cavo sottostante permette l’integrazione di un'illuminazione.

In the manner of origami, “die kantbank" is

folded out of a piece of sheet metal.

The bench acquires its great stability from

the special geometry of the folds and the

quality of the materials employed.

The slight dip in the seating surface

makes it surprisingly comfortable.

All surfaces are polished and reflect the

surroundings. By means of these

reflections, the surface of "die kantbank"

is subject to permanent variations

depending on the viewer's perspective.

In this way, space and light exert an

influence on the design itself.

The concept behind this product is not

primarily to fulfil the function of a simple

bench. "die kantbank" is much more an

artefact whose unusual form and surface

creates a special relationship with its

surroundings, investing them with air of

design.

Material

“die kantbank" is made up of a

2 mm-thick stainless steel sheet

measuring 3,000 by 500 mm.

The floor and connecting elements

between the legs and the seating area are

made of robust, five-millimetre thick

stainless steel.

The surfaces of all parts are polished.

Assembly

“die kantbank" is supplied in three parts.

The legs are joined to the seating surface

by means of four stainless steel bolts.

Ground fastening

"die kantbank" is prepared for being fixed

to the ground.

"big bux" is extremely versatile:

- the design is based on the box tree,

carefully pruned into the shape of a cube.

In keeping with its origins, "big bux" could

and should be used as a decorative

horticultural object (fortunately it requires

neither pruning nor watering).

- thanks to its materials and structure, you

can use it as a seat to sit on.

- in conjunction with floor lighting,

"big bux" can be transformed into a lamp.

Brightly illuminated from within, its leaf

pattern casts an exciting play of shadows

on to the ground and neighbouring walls

(light fittings are not included in the

package).

Colours

"big bux" is available in four different

colours. "autumn", a warm russety

autumnal tone, and the dark verdant "leaf"

both mirror the characteristic leaf pattern

of "big bux". By contrast, the grey tones

of "smoke" and "metal" make implicit

reference to the raw material used to

make "big bux".

Material

"big bux" is made of 3mm-thick steel

plate. The surfaces are hot-dip galvanised

and powder coated. All the steel elements

are carefully welded together on the inner

sides.

Coating

All steel elements are coated with a

special high quality powder coating.

Due to its high proportion of Teflon®, the

surfaces are simple to clean and the usual

types of stickers can be easily removed.

The durability of its surfaces and

resistance to atmospheric conditions offer

optimum protection from vandalism and

corrosion.

Ashtray

Hot galvanized container in cylindrical

shape with a marked surface to steam out

the cigarettes.

Opening the lid directly empties the ash

into the waste bag.

Waste Bag Holding Device

Inside the container the waste bags are

pulled over an oval ring and are fixed by

the closed lid.

Container

The container is made of stainless steel.

A high stiffness of the sheet metal is

guaranteed through 3 inner, galvanized

steel ribs. For an easy service the

container can be removed with the lid

open.

Lock

The metal frames are supplied with a

secure and self-closing spring mechanism

which is easy to use and easy to

maintain. The lock is made of hot

galvanized steel.

It is opened with a standard 8 mm male

triangular wrench (not supplied - price

upon request).

Planter

“il conico” is made from high quality

granite polymers. This material is

composed of 85% granite gravel and 15%

polyester resine. This is a high density

composite. Even at a minimum thickness

it provides a maximum of stability, saving

both raw material and weight. Granite

polymer is weather and UV resistant.

It is also resistant to acids such as acid

rain and dog urine.

The surface is lightly sandblasted, giving

“il conico” it’s authentic granite look.

Dirt can be easily removed with steam- or

sandblasting.

Volumes

”il conico” is available in 2 sizes.

The volume of the smaller version is

0,7 m3. It is designed to accomodate

ground covers and plants up to a height

of 2 m. The large planter has a volume of

1.4 m3 and is made for small trees up to a

height of 4 m.

Holder

A sturdy steel holder protects the planter

and provides a number of other useful

functions. The planters rim is protected by

a large metal ring.

The holder comes with 4 o-rings which by

means of strings can be used to support

newly planted trees.

Legs made of tubular steel rods make it

possible to transport the planter with a

fork-lift. The holder can also be securely

fastened to the ground.

In case of uneven surfaces the legs can

be adjusted to level the planter.

All metal parts are made of hot galvanised

steel and covered with a special teflon

coating - the colour corresponds to RAL

9007.

Colours

The planter is available in a middle grey

granite colour.

Colour deviations of the folder may occur

due to the printing process.

Water-Tank

An optional water-tank is also available.

Set-up

“the frame” is made in three dimesions

and from high quality granite polymers.

This material is composed of 85% granite

gravel and 15% polyester resine. This is

a high density composite. Even at a

minimum thickness it provides a

maximum of stability, saving both raw

material and weight. Granite polymer is

weather and UV resistant.

It is also resistant to acids such as acid

rain and dog urine.

The surface is lightly sandblasted, giving

“the frame” it’s authentic granite look.

Dirt can be easily removed with steam- or

sandblasting.

Volumes

”the frame” offers a volume of 0,6-0,8 m3.

It is designed to accomodate ground

covers and plants up to a height of 2-4 m.

So it offers enough place also for small

trees.

Holder

A sturdy steel holder protects the planter

and provides a number of other useful

functions. The planters rim is protected by

a large metal frame.

Legs made of solid steel angles make it

possible to transport the planter with a

fork-lift. The holder can also be securely

fastened to the ground.

In case of uneven surfaces the legs can

be adjusted to level the planter.

All metal parts are made of hot galvanised

steel and covered with a special teflon

coating - the colour corresponds to RAL

9007.

Colours

The planter is available in a middle grey

granite colour.

Colour deviations of the folder may occur

due to the printing process.

Water-Tank

An optional water-tank is also available.
