1.1. Noiuni introductive

Proiectarea i planificarea procesului de prelucrare.CAD ( Computer aided Design) tradus ca i proiectarea asistat de calculator, este o program unealt ingineresc care este destinat desenrii tehnice n proiectare. n programele de tip CAD se pot realiza desene n doua dimensiuni (2D) i n trei dimensiuni (3D).

CAM (Computer aided Manufacturing) este un program destinat planificrii i controlului mainilor unelte cu comand numeric. n acest proces de prelucrare, programul de tip CAM are rolul de a transforma desenul (2D) mpreuna cu setarile aferente, n cod program (G code).

G CODE este un limbaj de programare pentru MUCN .PROGRAM DE COMAND Interpeteaz codul program i comand maina unealt. 2. PROIECTAREA DE TIP CAD A UNUI REPER

CATIA (Computer Aided Three Dimensional Interactive Application)este o suit software comercial multiplatformCAD/CAM/CAEdezvoltat de compania francezDassault Systemesi comercializat n ntrega lume deIBM. Scris nlimbajul de programareC++, CATIA este temelia suitei software a Dassault Systemes.

Software-ul a fost creat dup 1970 i nainte de 1980 s ajute la dezvoltarea avionului de lupt cu reacieMirage, apoi a fost adoptat n industria aerospaial, auto, construcia de ambarcaiuni, i multe alte industrii.2.1. Realizarea reperului de tip CAD

START MECHANICAL DESIGN PART DESIGN

Denumim fisierul Desen UAV

Cream un dreptungi incadrad simetric pe axele X, Y, cu valorile din imagine

Folosim functia PAD si facem un cub cu o inaltime de 40mm

Folosim functia Sketch pe fata superiara a cubului si cream un dreptungi incadrat simetric pe axele X si Y, cu dimensiunile afisate in imagine.

Folosim functia PAD si facem un cub cu o inaltime de 15

Folosim Edge Fillet, selectam toate cele 4 muchii ale cubului din paretea superioara pentru a obtine raza specificata de noi (R5).

Folosim functia Sketch pe fata superiara a cubului si cream doua dreptunghiuri incadrate simetric pe axele X si Y cu dimensiunile afisate in imagine.

Folosim functia Pocket si realizam un buzunar dupa forma creata mai sus cu u adancime de 15mm.

Folosim Edge Fillet, selectam toate cele 6 muchii ale buzunarului creat mai sus pentru a obtine raza specificata de noi (R2).

Folosim functia Hole pentru a face o gaura pe fata superioara a piesei cu o adancime de 30mm si un diametru de 10mm.

Gaura este pozitionata pe axa X si dimensionata cu 20mm fata de marginea superiara stanga a cubului cu dimensiunile date in imagine

Piesa finita este gata. Acum trebuie sa cream un nou corp, corp care ar reprezenta materialul brut din care piesa este realizata. INSERT - BODY

Ai denumim corpurile ca in imaginea de mai jos. Selectam corpul Material brut si folosim functia Sketch pe fata superiara a piesei.

Acum trebuie sa proiectam fata inferiara a piesei. Dupa ce urmam pasii din imagine, trebuie sa selectam fata inferiara a cubului si vom obtine un dreptungi galben.

Folosim functia PAD si cream un cub cu inaltimea de 55mm, ceea ce ar acoperii toata piesa noastra.

Acum trebuie sa mergem in SURFACE MACHINING, urmand pasii de mai jos, pentru

a crea procesul de prelucrare.

Apasam dublu click stanga pe default reference si ne selectam coltul de sus stanga a piesei , pentru a crea originea piesei (X0,Y0,Z0)

Apasam iconita Roughing si o sa obtinem iconita din imagine. Selectam Rough stock din pictograma iar apoi selectam body-ul Material brut. Tot din pictograma selectam Part iar in acelasi fel selectam body-ul Produs finit.

Dupa aceasta operatie, o sa vedeti straturile din pictograme inverzite.

Selectati Tab 1 din fereastra. Aici puteti seta optiuni de frezare in piesa.

In aceasta categorie alegeti la Tool path style: Spiral si la Coutting mode: Conventional.

Selectati Tab 3 din fereastra. Aici alegem dimensiuni ale frezei. Pentru aceasta operatie cream o freza cu diametru de 20mm. Aceasta este o operatie de degrosare.

Dupa ce a-ti facut acest pas, selectati pictograma din dreapta jos a ferestrei Tool Path Reply. De aici putem vizualiza o simulare pe piesa.

Mai jos vedeti o simulare a frezarii in piesa. Cu aceasta freza creata am realizat conturul exterior si buzunarul mare.

Urmatoarea operatie pe care o cream este Centruirea, operatie pe care o cream inainte de a crea gaura in piesa. In procesul tehnologic se foloseste inainte de a folosi burghiul, evitand alunecare burghiului.

Selectam Spot Drilling

In aceasta fereasta folosim aceleasi dimensiuni ca in imaginea de mai jos. Apasam pe textul no point iar apoi alegem gaura pe care dorim sa o centruim.

Urmatorul pas este sa alegem un centruitor cu diametru de 15mm cu raza de 45 de grade.

Inca o data putem vedea in simulare ambele operatii in ordinea lor.

Operatia 3 este cea de gaurire. Apasam pe iconita Drill.

In aceeasi ordine de lucru, alegem dimensiunile din imaginea de mai jos. Apasand pe no point, inca odata selectam gaura pe care dorim safacem gaurirea.

A 4-a scula creata este un burgiu cu diametru de 10mm si o lungime de corp de 50mm.

Si in aceasta simulare putem vedea penultima operatie creata.

Ultima operatie care o realizam este frezarea buzunarului mic. La fel ca la prima operatie, aici o sa folosim o freza cu diametru de 5mm.

Aceeasi pasi ca la prima operatie.

Aici putem observa simularea finala, piesa noastra este gata. Tot ce trebuie sa facem este sa ne alegem masina pe care dorim sa obtinem codul program si cateva setari pecifice de program.

TOOLS OPTION

MACHINING - GENERAL Aici selectam IMS

Urmatoarea operatie pentru a obtine codul masina.

Am decis sa alegem ca programul nostru sa fie destinat pe o platforma de sinumerik 840.

Alegem unde dorim sa salvam programul, apoi apasam pe butonul EXECUTE. Programul nostru este gata, mergem in directorul unde am salvat fisierul si putem vedea codul program.
