    Phng x t nhin v cc ng d ng

    1.1 Cc ng v phng x trong t ng sinh quy n (biosphere)

    Nng l ng nhit to ra trong qu trnh phn r ca cc nguyn t phng x, cng v inng l ng h p dn chnh l ngun gc ca nhit cao trong lng Trit. Ng i ta ctnh cng sut nhit to thnh ca uran tnhin l vo khong 8,7 mW/tn.

    trongt v t qu 100 Bq/T. Ccng v ny c quan tmn khi tnh liu phng xt nhin v cc hiung phng xtnhin v i con ng i.

    1.1.2 Tia v tr

    a) Ngun gc v thnh ph n ca tia v tr .

    Khi i vo kh quyn ca Tri t, tia v tr s c p bao gm proton (chim 86%), htalpha (13%), cn li l cc ht c skhi A > 4.

    Cc proton v cc ht khc trong thnh phn ca cc tia v tr s c p c nng l ng r tl n (t1010 n 1020eV). T ng tc v i ht nhn nguyn tca bu kh quyn, chyu l v i

    xy v nit , tia v tr s c p to thnh cc pin (0, ,+ ), n tron v proton nng l ng nh h n ( l p thc p). Khi t i mt t (mt bin) th s l ng ht p ch cn 0,5% trong thnh

    b) Thnh ph n c ng l cc ht tchin muon v proton c khnng m xuyn l n.

    Cc h t muon:

    Nng l ng bin i trong khong tvi tr m MeVn vi tr m GeV. Ngoi qu trnh phn r ca cc ht +, - nh trnh by trn, cn c cc qu trnh khc: l s tothnh cc nguyn t . Trong qu trnh ny, cc ht - sau khi b lm chm b i t ng tc v ivt cht (ion ho, pht ra photon hm...) th b chim

    cao mc n c bin, c ng dng ht p ca tia v tr l khong 1,7 p/m2.s, tc lnhh n chng 100 ln so v i dng ht (khong 190/m2.s). Phnng l ng ca ca ccht p c cc i gi tr 1 MeV.

    Ging nhht , proton t ng tc v i vt cht qua cc qu trnh: ion ho, va chm nhi hoc khngn hi v i cc nucln. Tuy nhin, khc v i cc ht , khi t ng tc v i vtcht, c bit l v i ch, cc ht p to thnh r t nhiu n tron.

    Mt tnh ton m phng i v i mt chm 5.104 p, c nng l ng banu l 1 GeV, tcdng v i bia ch cdy khc nhau, cho k t qunhsau:

    Sau khii qua 15 cm ch, khong 5.105 n tron c to thnh, ch c 25% proton cachm ht i qua bdy15 cm ch.

    Nhvy, mc d c ng chm ht p ca tia v tr ch nh (1/100 so v i chm ht )nhng khng thbqua vai tr ca n trong phng phng xtnhin v chng to ra nhiun tron.

    c) Thnh ph n m m

    l cc electron v bc xgamma. Cc electron:

    cao mc n c bin, cc electron (16% trong thnh phn ca tia v tr ) t ng tc v ivt cht qua cc qu trnh ion ho, hm v pht ra bc xgamma. Chng mt dn nng l ngv b h p th trong vt cht.

    K t qutnh ton m phng cho thy: khii qua 15 cm ch, khong 99,4% electron catia v tr b h p th. Cn ch r ng trong qu trnhi qua ch th phtn (bc x hm

    Bremsstrahlung) c pht ra. Bc xgamma:

    cao mc n c bin, dng bc xgamma r t phc t p, tu thuc vo vng nngl ng kho st: D i 3 MeV th chyu l bc xgamma ca ccng v phng xtnhintrong mi tr ng. Trong vng nng l ng 310 MeV th bc xgamma sinh ra t qu trnhh p th cc n tron v t phn ng (, n). Trn 10 MeV th ch yu l bc xgamma cngun gc ttia v tr .

    K t qutnh ton m phng i v i mt dng bc xgamma 10 MeV cho thy: 15 cmch h p th hu ht cc tia gamma. Khi nng l ng tia gamma cng l n, qu trnh chngiqua 15 cm ch khng xy ra t ng tc no c xc sut cng nh, ng c li, qu trnh cc tiagamma t ng tc v i vt cht v suy gim nng l ng xy ra v i xc sut cng l n.

    N tron:mc mt bin, n tron c ngun gc tia v tr chim 23% trong thnh phn tng cng

    ca tia v tr . C ng dng n tron mc mt bin vo khong 75 n tron/m2. s. Nngl ng tr i t1 n 106 GeV.

    K t qutnh ton m phng v thc nghim cho thy:Sau 15 cm ch, ch c 15% n tron sinh ra t t ng tc ca cc ht p, v , cn 85%

    n tron c ngun gc ttia v tr , v i nng l ng r t l n.

    1.2.4 Xc su t hiu ng ng u nhin c a b c x

    1.2.5 Liu gi i hn cho php

    ICRP (nm 1991) a ra khuyn co: Liu hiu dng E gi i hn (cho php)i v icc nhn vin chuyn nghi p l 20 mSv/nm, l gi tr trung bnh trong 5 nm, trongkhng c nm no v t qu 50 mSv/nm. i v i dn chng th liu hiu dng cho php l 1mSv/nm, tnh trung bnh cho 5 nm lin tc, trong khng c nm no b chiu xnhiut xut.

    1.3.1 Chi u xngoi

    Trong thnh phn ca cc ngun chiu xngoi tbc xgamma ca ccng v phngxt t th40K chim 35%, ccng v phng xca dy238U chim 25%, v ca dy232Thl 40%.

    Trong vng kh hu n i, liu hiu dng hng nm gy b i thoron c nh gi vokhong 100Sv.

    c) Cc ng v phng x c ngu n gc t tia v tr Trong scc ng v c ngun gc t tia v tr c ng gpng k vo liu chiu x

    trong, phi k n 3H, 7Be, 14C, v22 Na. Trong s4 ng v ny th14C cng gp l n h nc. Hot phng xgy b i 14C c trong c thng i c nh gi vo khong 50 Bq/g,t ngng v i liu hiu dng l 12Sv/nm.

    d) Cc ng v phng x sng di khcTrong scc ng v phng xtnhin, khng thuc hphng xno nhng ng gp

    - Th d : Haing v 234Th v234Pa ng ngay sau238U. Bc xgamma c sut ra khngnh lm l: 63 keV (0,05), 91 keV (0,16) ca 234Th v 760 keV (0,01); 1000 keV (0,06) ca234Pa. Bc xgamma 92,3 keV c thln v i bc xX c tr ng KTh 93,3 keV. = Cn bcxgamma 760 keV c thtrng v i bc x768 keV ca 214Bi (con chu ca 238U).

    Nhvy c thsdng bc xgamma nng l ng 63 keV ca 234Th hoc 1000 keV ca234Pa phn tch238U. Th i gian phn tch mi mu c thko di v l ng sut ca bc x gamma ny khng l n lm.

    - Phn tch 235U theo " nh 186 keV".235U pht ra bc xgamma nng l ng 185,7 keV. Nng u dy phng x, do c

    thphn tch tr c ti p 235U theonh 185,7 keV trong phgamma, bt k mu phn tch ccn bng phng xhay khng. Ciu cn lu r ng, 226Ra l con chu trong dy238U. 238Utn ti ng th i v i 235U trong mu uran tnhin v i hm l ng 99,3%.226Ra l con chuca uran 238, pht ra bc xgamma nng l ng 186,2 keV. Mt tect bn dn Ge c phn gii nng l ng tt cng kh c thghi tch bit c hainh ny. Do nu trn ph gamma ca mu cn phn tch c "nh 186 keV", k hiu l S(186), hoc ln cn v tr nyth tc l nh tng ca cc bc xgamma 185,7 keV ca 235U v 186,2 keV ca 226Ra (conchu ca 238U).

    1.6.3 Ph ng php cacbon phng x

    a) Ngu n g c ca 14C Cacbon c 3ng v trong tnhin: haing v bn l 12C (v i phc p l 99,63%) v

    Ta hy ni th m mt cht vph ng php uran thori xcnh tui san h.Ph ng php ny da vo mi lin hgia ng v m 234U, c T1/2 = 244.500 nm, v

    1.7 Ph ng php nhi t hu nh quang xc nh nin i

    1.7.1 Hin t ng nhi t hu nh quang (thermoluminescence)

    2.2.1. Chp nh gamma (Gammagraphy)

    Ph ng php ny th ng c p dng kim tra cc khuyt tt trong vt liu. C th tm tt nguyn tc ca ph ng php nhsau:Chiu mt chm gamma vo vt liu cn kim tra. Tu theo tnh cht, hnh dng, v tr

    192Ir. ng v ny c chu k bn r 74 ngy, pht bc xgamma trong di nng l ng t 0,136n 0,613 MeV nhng chyu l 0,32 v 0,47 MeV v cc ht - v i nng l ng 0,66MeV. Chiu x 191Ir trong l v i thng l ng 1011 n/cm2.s, sau 4 tun th t c 192Ir v ihot 0,46 Ci/g.

    Trong ccng dng ch pnh gamma, ngoi ccng v trn ng i ta cn th ng hay s dng 137Cs.ng v 137Cs c sn xut b i cng nghtch bng ph ng php ho hc tccsn phm phn hch nh ni trn.137Cs pht bc xgamma 662keV. Cc ngun ng v phng xdng trong ch pnh gamma c hot tmt vi Cin mt vi kCi. Chng c bo vtrong cc container bng ch, c ca sv chm khi cn ch pnh.

    2.2.2. Chi u xgamma (Gamma Irradiation)

    Trong thc t, ng i ta vn dng bc xgamma t cc ngun ng v phng x ditkhi u. Thng th ng nht l bc xgamma nng l ng 1,17 v 1,13 MeV, trung bnh l 1,25MeV ca ng v 60Co vn c sdng ti cc trung tmiu tr ung th.

    Ngoi ngun cobalt phng x 60Co hot l n, ng i ta cn dng cc kim phng x trong k thut xtr p st: Cc ngun phng xc kch th c nhnhng hot l n dit khi u cc v tr khng thun tin cho vic sdng ngun gamma kch th c l n. Nngl ng ca bc xgamma tcc ngun phng xkch th c nhnhnhng chic kim ny cth c la chn thch h p tu theo ng v phng xno s c s dng, l mt trongnhngu im quan tr ng nht ca k thut xtr p st.

    Th d:Cc kim vng phng x 198Au c to thnh trong cc knh n tron tphn ng 197Au

    (n,) 198Au, c chu k bn r 2,7 ngy v cho bc xgamma nng l ng 411 keV l mt trongcc th d in hnh vnhngng dng thnh cng ca xtr p st dng bc xgamma caccng v phng xnhn to.

    2.2.3. ng d ng cc hi u ng ho h c, vt l c a b c x

    Phn ny trnh by ring vnhngng dng cc hiung vt l, ho hc xy ra trong vtliu c chiu x.

    a) Tc d ng c a b c x gamma ln cc polyme i phn t D i tc dng ca bc xgamma, hai hiu ng i ng c nhau c thxy ra: l hiu

    ng lmt gy hoc to sai hng (damage) v hiu ng ni mch (cross linking)i v i ccmch phn tplyme.

    Cc mch lin k t C - H, C - C hoc C = C chu tc dng ca cc bc xgamma. Nhnnhn d i gc ng dng trong cng nghi p ng i ta thy r ng hiu ng ni mch cquan tmn nhiu h n.

    Cc mch lin k t C - H b t gy nhiu nht. Chng tham gia qu trnh ni mch b i vsti to d i dng cc lin k t bin C - C lm thnh cu ni gia hai phn tkhc nhau.

    Do qu trnh ni mch, cc plyme m i c ccu im nh: nhit nng chy, bnv cng scao h n, tr ng phng trong n c hoc cht lng hu c snhh n. H nna, mt hin t ng m i c tm thy l: c mt splyme bnh th ng th hon ton tantrong mt sdung mi hu c . Sau khi chiu xmt liu xcnh noy (im ng lnh -gel point, free point) th tr thnh khng ho tan c. Tu theo liu chiu mho tan ca plyme m i c ni mch ny sthayi. Liu c 10

    Mt hiu ng r t ng c quan tm l tr ng h p vt liu gm hai cht plyme khcnhau: Bc xgamma gy tc dng ghp ni gia hai plyme lm cho plyme tr thnh cnhng tnh cht m i. Th d: Trng nylon b i mt l p styrel r i cho chiu x, plyme m i s c khnng chng thm n c cao h n.

    S thay i cu trc th ng dn n s thay i mu: Clorua polyvinyl tr thnh munu sau khi b chiu xgamma hoc electron. ng dng hiu ng ny ng i ta chto racc liu k dng loi plyme o liu trong khong t0,5 n 6 Mrad. Trong vng liul ng ny, mt quang hc ca liu k ph thuc tuyn tnh vo liu chiu x. Ngungamma sdng trongng dng trn th ng l ngun c hot l n ca trung tm chiu x.

    b) Tc d ng c a n tron ln cc v t li ui v i cc plyme, n tron gy cc hiu ng ging nh tr ng h p ca bc xgamma:

    2.3. Ph ng php ng v nh d u

    2.3.1. Xc nh h mn

    a) Nguyn t c ca ph ng phpTrong ph ng php nghin cu shmn, chng hn ca cc vng bi ca mt ng c ,
