AutoCamperRådet har gennemgået udkastet til ændringer, og vi vil for god ordens skyld blot meddele, at vi ikke har yderligere kommentarer til ændringerne.

Ved e-mail af 26. april 2018 har Skatteministeriet anmodet om Datatilsynets
eventuelle bemærkninger til ovennævnte udkast til bekendtgørelse.
Datatilsynet har noteret sig, at bekendtgørelsen forventes at træde i kraft den
1. juli 2018.
Datatilsynet forudsætter herefter, at databeskyttelsesforordningen1 og databe-
skyttelsesloven2, vil blive iagttaget i forbindelse med de behandlinger af per-
sonoplysninger, som eventuelt vil ske som følge af bekendtgørelsen.
Udkastet giver ikke umiddelbart Datatilsynet anledning til bemærkninger.

Vedr. høringen om ny bekendtgørelse om registrering af køretøjer j nr. 2018-195Vi takker for høringen om ny bekendtgørelse om registrering af køretøj og ser positivt på at omsyn- og synsvirksomheder, som ernummerpladeopratører , får mulighed for at udskrive og udlevere prøvemærker.Vi skal gøre opmærksom på, at vi finder det særdeles utilfredsstillende, at der for forholdsvis store udgifter til speciel printer ogforbrugsmaterialer, ikke gives mulighed for, at viderefakturere udgiften i lighed med gebyr på omregistrering, nummerplader,afmelding m.m. Kære Skatteministeriet Erhvervsstyrelsen har modtaget høring vedr. bekendtgørelse om registrering af køretøjer.
Erhvervsstyrelsens Team Effektiv Regulering (TER) vurderer, at bekendtgørelsesudkastet medfører administrative konsekvenserunder 4 mio. kr. årligt for erhvervslivet. De bliver derfor ikke kvantificeret yderligere. Med venlig hilsen

nummer 2018-195
FDM takker for det fremsendte høringsmateriale.
At give synsvirksomheder og omsynsvirksomheder, som er autoriseret som
nummerpladeoperatører, adgang til at udskrive prøvemærker, vil betyde en
lettere adgang til prøvemærker for de forbrugere, der har behov for dette. Af

Høring - Ny bekendtgørelse om registrering af køretøjer
Motorhistorisk Samråd vil med dette takke for det tilsendte høringsmateriale og for
muligheden for at afgive høring ved ændringerne af registreringsbekendtgørelsen.
Motorhistorisk Samråd har ikke nogen kommentarer til de ændringer der er nævnt i
resumeet, men vil godt gøre opmærksom på bekendtgørelsens §2 stk. 6 der i vores
optik er begrænsende for registreringen af de historiske køretøjer.
Bekendtgørelsens §2 stk. 6 omhandler den karensperiode der skal gå fra et
registreringsnummer afmeldes, og til det samme nummer igen kan anvendes.
Dels i forbindelse med vores arbejde med at udlevere erklæringer på historisk
korrekte nummerplader, og dels i forbindelse med den kommende udvidelse af
ordningen, der betyder flere typer af historiske nummerplader, der ser vi et
behov for at denne såkaldte karensperiode nedsættes til eksempelvis 12
måneder eller måske mindre. Nutidig elektronisk datahåndtering burde nok
gøre det muligt med en langt kortere karensperiode.
Motorhistorisk Samråd anmoder derfor om at karensperioden nedsættes til 12
måneder eller kortere, hvilket giver mulighed for at "genbruge" numre til
historiske nummerplader. De nummerserier Skatteforvaltningen har afsat
dækker kun et lille antal kombinationer. Med udvidelsen af ordningen i 2020 vil
der blive behov for ganske mange flere numre blandt de serier, der til den tid
allerede er brugt til hvide nummerplader.

Høringssvar vedr. journal nr: 2018-195 ny bekendtgørelse om registrering af
køretøjer
SMVdanmark takker for den tilsendte høring vedrørende ny bekendtgørelse om registrering
af køretøjer.
SMVdanmark ser med tilfredshed på, at adgangen til at udskrive løse prøveskilte udvides, da
det længe har været ønske blandt mange af vores medlemmer indenfor autobranchen. SMV-
danmark undrer sig dog over, at det kun er syns- og omsynsvirksomheder med autorisation
som nummerpladeoperatører, der får denne adgang og ikke alle autoriserede nummerplade-
operatører.
SMVdanmark har derudover ikke nogen bemærkninger til høringen

Høringssvar – Ny bekendtgørelse om registrering af køretøjer
Jeg skal herved meddele, at Transport-, Bygnings- og Boligministeriet kan henhol-
de sig til følgende bemærkninger fra Færdselsstyrelsen:
Færdselsstyrelsen
”Styrelsen bemærker, at § 52, stk. 1, er revideret i overensstemmelse med den nye
taxilov.
Styrelsen skal dog gøre Skatteministeriet opmærksom på, at tilladelser udstedt i
medfør af den dagældende lov om taxikørsel m.v. er gældende i en periode op til 10
år, jf. lov om taxikørsel m.v. § 5, stk. 1.
Det skal hertil særligt bemærkes, at sygetransport er udgået som en specifik kør-
selstype i den nye taxilov, men at der som følge af tilladelsernes gyldighed i op til 10
år, vil være et antal tilladelser til sygetransport, hvortil der skal registreres køretø-
jer.
Styrelsen anbefaler derfor, at man reviderer ordlyden i § 52, stk. 1, således at be-
stemmelsen omfatter registreringspligt for køretøjer, der anvendes både på bag-
grund af tilladelser i medfør af den nye taxilov og tilladelser på baggrund af den
dagældende lov om taxikørsel m.v.
Endvidere anbefaler styrelsen at ændre ordlyden i § 52, stk. 2, således at pligten
gælder for både tilladelser til erhvervsmæssig persontransport efter taxiloven og
tilladelser udstedt i medfør af den gamle taxilov. Styrelsen kan foreslå følgende
ordlyd: ”Tilladelser i henhold til taxiloven skal fremlægges for Skatteforvaltnin-
gen, før registrering kan ske i Køretøjsregistret.””
