Bangalore 560010LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT TO A TRAINEEDear Vijaykumar ,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview held at our corporate office, we have pleasure in offering you opportunity for training as Electronic mechanic in Rashmi industries. Your employment stars w.e.f. March 23, 2009 on the following terms and conditions:-

1. You will be paid a consolidated stipend/emoluments of Rs.3500/- p.m. (Rupees Three Thousand five hundred only per month) As a trainee, you will not be entitled to any other benefits/privileges available to other regular employees except to the extent of statutory benefits if any, applicable to you.

2. You will be under training for a period of Six months from the date of your joining. If your progress and performance will not be found to be satisfactory the training period shall be liable to be extended or even dispensed with purely at the discretion of the Management.

3. That during your training period, your relation ship shall be that of Master and pupil, and under no circumstances it shall be considered and/or construed as and employer employee relationship between the company and you, and consequently you shall not be considered as a workman or regular employee of the company as defined under The Industrial Dispute Act and shall not be entitled to the benefits such as Leave with Wages or any other benefits which other regular employees are entitled to.

4. That the company shall have sole discretion of setting your training program and for the purpose you may be required to be transferred from one shift to other or from one department to another or any other sister concerned in which the company has got vested interest.

5. If you remain absent during your training arrangement for a continuous period of 8 days or more without informing the company for any reason whatsoever nature in that event your trainee arrangement shall automatically stand discontinued.

6. That during your training period, you shall abide by rules and regulation and/or model standing orders which are in existence or amended from time to time.

7. That after the expiry of the original training period either the same will be extended in writing at the sole desecration of the company, in case if your performance are not found satisfactory and/or in the absence of any written intention, your trainee arrangement shall automatically stand discontinue.

8. The company shall also have right to discontinue your trainee arrangement even during the training period without giving any notice, intimation and/or assigning any reason whatsoever for the same.

9. That the company shall not be liable to pay any damage/compensation in case you sustain any injury during the course of your training period.

10. Further, if the company find that you are not suitable or up to the mark or that you have not attained certain standard or you are lacking in interest and/or you commit any act prejudicial to the rule and interest of the company, your training arrangement shall cease with immediate effect and your appointment as a trainee shall be discontinue without assigning any reason there to.

11. You are suppose to achieve and/or attain the production norms as described in your category and a copy of which is enclosed herewith for your perusal and record.

12. That the question of absorbing you in regular vacancy even after the expiry of training period shall depend on the satisfactory completion of your training such as punctuality, regularity as well as your behavior with your superiors and other employees during the training period, provided there is a vacancy available to your category but it shall not be considered on the basis of number of days put in by you.

13. The management does not guarantee any employment after the expiry of training period and if there is no vacancy to absorb you in regular employment, your training arrangement shall stand discontinue.
