Single line diagram, load calculation, Short–circuit calculation, CT/PT/Arrestor calculations, Busbar & Heat load calculation, DC Battery load calculations, cable schedule, Equipment’s list and layout, Control schematics, interconnection schedule.

Integration of switchboards with upper level ECS/SCADA for communications. Provide guidelines, shop floor drawings for manufacturing. Providing necessary technical support to Marketing team. Execution of the project after handing over from marketing dept. Interaction with customers for Technical approval of projects. Material Master Creation and release Requirement through SAP. Review with all depts. i.e. Marketing, Engineering, Purchase, Production, and Quality. Coordination with Team; Site Engineer & Customer for smoothness of job execution Co-ordination, interaction with

clients and vendors team work.

2. Working in ABB LTD. Nashik, Maharashtra (MV Switchgear) Since Nov’11 to Apr’15; as senior Order Handling/Application design Engineer Major Achievements:

Tendering/Engineering/Execution & Commissioning of 11 kV HT Switchboards along with SCADA to Linde india ltd (BOC)

Engineering & execution of International projects for KOC (KUWAIT) ,KPLC (KENYA) Export orders

Engineering & execution of 11kV & 33 HT Switchboards for Tata power, Mumbai & NPCL, Noida. Design, Engineering & Execution of 33kV & 6.6kV Switchboards for 165MW Power plant of Bhushan Steel plant

through MECON Consultants. Design, Engineering & Execution of 6.6kV Switchboards for JSW thermal power plant, through TCE Consultants. 1. worked with M/S STELMEC LTD, Mumbai (MV Switchgear manufactures) Since June 08 to Oct 11, as Senior Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

Design & Development of Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Control and Relay Panels, Instrument Transformers, Isolators, MCCB Distribution Box and Metering Cabinets.

In Medium & Low Voltage Switchgears getting the supports and required Design from R & D and implement the same to our production Line.

Make a costing of products & Purchase indent of the same. Type Testing as per the Indian and International standards, depending upon the Customer requirement is

done for new products and old products for test up gradation and design up gradation at various type testing centers i.e. CPRI, ERDA etc
