即將推出 - R410A超級Inverter多聯型分體機Pre- Launch R410A Super Multi NX

為配合環保的步伐，大金香港除於年初推出R410A環保家用分體機外，稍後亦將

會推出同樣採用R410A冷媒的超級Inverter多聯型分體機。此機組透過採用環保冷

媒R410A、直流變頻器及PAM控制技術從而達至高效能。以4MXS80E為例，於其

連接四台室內機的額定運作情況下，COP值更能高達3.79。另外，超級Inverter多

聯型室外機最多能連接四台室內機，而室內機至室外機的冷媒配管最長為70米，

更易融合室內裝潢之中，並能增加機組擺放位置的擇選性。至於控制方面，因應

不同的需要，它能為每間房提供獨立控制，同時亦具備優先房間設定功能—當多

台室內機一同運作時，可確保為優先房間提供足夠冷量。

To correspond with environmental protection, Daikin Hong Kong does not only introduce R410A single split to the market in this

year, but also will launch R410A Super Multi NX. High energy efficiency through using R410A refrigerant, DC inverter and PAM

control delivers high COP. For a 4MXS80E during rated capacity operation with 4 indoor units, its COP can be as high as 3.79.

Moreover, Super Multi NX is possible to connect maximum 4 indoor units with the longest total piping length 70m which permits

more freedom in the placement of air-conditioner units and facilitates the optimization of interior space. Nevertheless, its

individual control for each room can match your family’s lifestyle. Meanwhile, it is possible to set a “Priority-Room” to deliver

priority capacity to a prioritized room when using multi-split air conditioners.

最新家用中央控制器New Residential Central Remote Controller

過去，市面上空調控制器琳瑯滿目，但專為家居而設的卻是絕無僅有。

有見及此，大金為 VRV家用市場創新推出 - 家用中央控制器。

這控制器能監控16個室內機組別，也可單獨控制室內機的開/關及溫度調

節等，亦能同時監測室外溫度。此外，這控制器具有一週性的日程定時

功能。透過“組別選擇鍵”，便能為所選取的室內機機組作設定，方便一

般家居使用。而透過一個“All”鍵，用家更能為所有室內機同時進行開 ／

關及溫度調節等設定。

另一方面，這個優越的家用中央控制器具有120mm (闊) x 60.5mm (高)

的特大LCD屏幕，能將所有的設定清楚而簡潔地顯示出來。揭蓋時，該

屏幕更會啟動白光背景燈，帶來更清晰的顯示。

與現時的家用控制器相比，這新款的家用中央控制器絕對是時尚的家居的必然之選！

In the past, many different types of remote controllers are in the market, but none of them is specially designed for home

used. Thus, Daikin introduces a New Residential Central Remote Controller for VRV system to the market.

This central remote controller can monitor and control 16 different groups of indoor units. It also can control the connected

indoor units individually and monitor the outdoor temperature at the same time. On the other hands, this central romote

controller contains a weekly schedule function which helps for schedule setting. By a “simple selector button”, user

performs the setting for the target indoor units easily. For controlling whole system, it has an “All” button which allows user

to switch ON/OFF or adjust temperature at once.

To display the setting and function on day time or night time clearly, this Residential Central Remote Controller contains a

large backlit LCD panel which is120mm (W) X 60.5mm (H) and will lit once the lid is opened.

The most of successful advertisement is always deeply in

your mind. In this year, we release a new TV commercial

which focus on『i-Temp inverter technology』to

construct a comfortable, enjoyable, and energy saving

home. Meanwhile, we are still using Pichonkun to be our spokesperson as previous. In the

advertisement, he sings and dances together with a family, which brings out that “i-Temp” inverter

technology can provide a comfortable environment to family. The TV commercial is arranged

broadcasting in different mass media, such as TVB, MTR TV and Focus Media. As our plane

advertisement is printed in different magazines, newspapers and buses.

Up to now, the “i-Temp” TV commercial become popular among adult and children. Surprisingly, some

kindergarten’s performance has been referred to the dance in the commercial. This can reflect the

influence of our commercial and Daikin brand penetrate with public deeply.

關愛環境 由我做起Care of environment Start form me

為推動環保，大金一向都不遺餘力。最近我們為一些小學生及其家長舉辦了宣揚環保訊息講座。該講座活動內容豐富，先由導師

以輕鬆手法講解節能及保護環境等資訊，藉以提升小朋友的環保意識；緊接還有遊戲環節及參觀大金最新的展覽室，讓他們上了

一堂環保課。講座中，小朋友細心聆聽導師的講解，從而得知甚麼是溫室效應及破壞臭氧層所帶來的影響。讓他們知道珍惜資源

及減少環境污染的重要性，並學懂如何以實際行動支持環保，愛護地球。

Daikin always spares no pain in supporting protection environmental activities. Recently, we hold a seminar about this topic for

some primary students and their parents. In this seminar, our instructor started it by introducing of energy saving and environmental

saving in a kindly way to enhance the green knowledge of children. Following the introduction is a funny game and a showroom

tour. During the seminar, every child paid attention to the instructor’s explanation in which they learnt what green house effect

is and what side effects to the earth of ozone layer damage are. Finally, we let them know the importance of saving energy,

reducing pollution, and how to save the world by their actions.

『大金里程積分獎賞計劃晚宴2009』已於本年3月31日假座香港洲際酒店舉行，是次晚宴除為獎賞計劃晚宴外，也特別慶祝大

金香港成立25週年。首先，大金香港董事長渡邊勇介先生致辭為晚宴打開序幕。及後營業部經理陳俊明先生公佈去年的業積及

頒發『大金積極銷售獎』予各得獎者，陳經理更公佈了今年的大金里程之旅地點為東歐。最後，該晚宴在著名喜劇演員李思捷

On March 31 2009, “Daikin Air-Conditioning Mileage Awards Dinner 2009” was hosted on Inter Continental (HK) Hotel. This

dinner also celebrated Daikin Hong Kong over established 25 years. It was started by the speech of our Managing Director,

Mr. Watanabe. During the dinner, our sales manager, Mr. Miky Chan, reviewed the sales results and announced the goal of

“Daikin Aggressive Award 2008” . Moreover, Mr. Chan made know the destination of mileage tour 2009 which will be East

Europe. At the end of the dinner, famous comedian, Mr. Johnson Lee offered his best and most funny singing and dancing

to us. Finally, we would like to thank all of you to join the dinner and give us great support and wonderful time.

VRVШ安裝 - 故障代碼維修實例VRVШ Installation - Malfunction Code Case Study

由本期會員『尊』訊開始，我們會與大家分享不同的VRV系統錯誤安裝個案及相對應的故障代碼。首先，我們會與大家分享一

個有關故障代碼【UF】的實例。故障代碼【UF】是指『製冷劑系統未設定，配線/配管不兼容』。在這個案中，客戶選用了兩

組VRVШ系統於辦公室使用，分別為系統A及系統B。在調試期間，大金維修人員發現系統出現故障代碼【UF】，使整套系統無

法完成調試及運作。而跟進兩套系統的冷媒導管及控制線後，才發現系統A的主控制線(室內機至室外機【F1、F2】)被錯誤接駁

至系統B的室外機上，而系統B的室內機其主控制線也錯誤地接駁至系統A的室外機上，如下圖 1 所示。當接線不正確，不但使

系統無法完成調試及正常運作，也會浪費很多時間於尋找問題的出處；於一些已完成裝修的項目中，所需的時間會更多及修改

的難度會更高。有見及此，敬請各位於安裝期間，檢查接駁是否正確如下圖 2 所示。

Starting from this issue, we will have real case study for improper VRV installation and its malfunction code. First of all, we

will share a real case about malfunction code“UF”. Malfunction code“UF” means“System is not set yet, incompatible

wiring / piping” . In this case, 2 sets of VRVШ system, called system A and system B, were installed for office used. During

testing and commissioning, Daikin service team found the two systems both occurring malfunction code“UF”which

caused the systems cannot operate. After checking the pipeline and control wire, we found that the main control wire (F1,

F2) of system A’s indoor units was connected to system B’s outdoor unit, while main control wire of system A’s outdoor unit

was connected to system B’s indoor units as shown in Fig 1. Incorrect wiring connection will cause the system can’t

complete test run which result in failure operation. Moreover, it is wasting time to identify the incorrect wiring location. In

some worst situation, there are not available to modify immediately due to decoration finished. Therefore, please be sure

the correct wiring before start up the system as shown in Fig 2.

1881 Heritage – 平衡大型建築的設計美感與安裝實況A balance between the aesthetic sense of designand practical construction in large-scale architecture

In this issue of VRV Club Newsletter, we would like to introduce “1881

Heritage”, which will be opened in this year. Being a declared monument in

Hong Kong, it is also one of the most large-scale revitalizing projects for histori-

cal buildings in Asia. This monument is the Former Marine Police Headquarters

Compound, which was constructed in 1881. In remembrance of the history, the site

is named as“1881 Heritage”.

The architectural design of“1881 Heritage”is based on the Victorian style

which is classic and elegant. It is a multi-purpose complex which includes a

unique heritage hotel, a wide array of premium brand name stores, fine dining

options, recreational facilities and historical exhibitions. Taking account of the

aesthetic value of the buildings, the installation areas of most of the air conditioning outdoor units are kept far away from the

stores. With Daikin’s VRVШ which offers long refrigerant piping length, it helps overcome the problem. It could also strike a

balance between achieving a high aesthetic standard of the complex and maintaining operational excellence in the air conditioning

system.

“1881 Heritage” takes a careful approach in regard to its architectural design,

material selection and construction process. Daikin’s VRV has gained goodwill in

the recent twenty years as one of the leaders in the industry by developing excellent

air conditioning technology. It receives great support from different merchants of

“1881 Heritage”, such as the flagship stores of international famous brands

situated on Canton Road, including Breguet, Cartier, Mont Blanc, Piaget, Tiffany &

Co. and Van Cleef & Arpel. Other clients of VRVШ involve IWC and Vacheron

Constantin in the middle of the plaza, and also all the restaurants in the main building of

this historical site.
